There's a good bit of deferred maintenance in the gardens but they are still impressive. Apparently they do NOT dig their own plants anymore. The young person that helped me told me that they also got the plant for their grandmother during her battle with cancer. I love coming here in the Spring and the Fall. They always have a good selection to choose from. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They now only accept cash or check as they have had issues in the past with credit cards (this is new). As long as you know that before you go, you won't have a problem. Tip: don't wear your nice shoes because they may get muddy.
