Terminated Agent for cause:…read more 1. Sellers stipulated that the property address not be included in the MLS. Contrary to this wish, the initial MLS included a photograph with address. The identical mistake was repeated when the property came back on the MLS after a pending sale period. 2. Agent was informed three separate occasions this property included an "Exemption Parcel" protocol for subdivision. Either the Agent lack of understanding on how to accomplish this protocol or unwillingness to confirm this process with Steve Moore of Central Washington Title and the County led to the potential buyer becoming extremely confused by the process. Going forward not knowing the correct procedure, the Agent informed buyer of requirements to supply water, power, septic, and road access to divided property. This is not required for "Exemption Parcel". Resulting from this misinformation, the Buyer became confused by the process and withdraw his offer. In addition, the buyer seemed to not have been advised of, or ignored, the contractual deadlines which resulted in the buyer forfeiting 1/2 of his earnest money. 3. In the initial interview, the Agent offered to pay for the septic and well inspections to ensure these inspections were done before Winter should the property remained unsold going into Winter and these inspections could not be performed. Later when questioned on this promise during a discussion of splitting the costs of a septic system design, the Agent had no recollection of having made the offer to pay the two inspection fees. 4. Agent was requested to copy both Sellers and Co-Agent in on all correspondence. Repeatedly this request was not followed. 5. During the initial listing meeting the Agent informed Sellers a "Broker Showing" would be conducted. To Sellers knowledge that was not done. 6. None of the other Leavenworth Properties Agents toured the property to the Sellers knowledge. 7. Recent texting communications regarding the two fuel tanks on site were less than accurate and created confusion. Seller Agents were aware of the Sellers plans to leave the fuel tanks on the property. Buyer had not voiced a request to have fuel tanks removed, yet Buyers Agent asked Sellers Agent if they were going to be removed. Sellers Agent passed this misinformation along and later apologized for creating the confusion by not clarifying just who had initiated the inquiry. 8. Seller stipulated from the beginning both Selling Co-Agents attend all showings. Selling Agents choose not to attend the September 2, 2018 showing by Buyers Agent Geordie, Windermere Realty during a critical milestone in the selling process.

CAMIEKAE Camie Kae Lynch is a whirlwind and a crackerjack!…read more My husband and I became interested in a house listed with Berkshire Hathaway and contacted the listing agent(s). Imagine our delight when despite an international time zone seller, this phenomenal agent was able to get an offer out and back; countered, and a second offer off and accepted in a 24 hour turn around. Then for her encore, Camie got us an immediate inspection of the house, enabling us to provide our earnest money securely; and she made direct contact with our lender to get the ball rolling on our financing. Throughout the 48 hours, Camie quickly executed documents and paperwork, took our phone calls, enabled multiple house viewings, and answered our countless questions; to facilitate a speedy, efficient process. All this, while respecting guidelines for a mean pandemic on behalf of her Nervous Nelly clients! Thank you, Camie. Thank you Berkshire Hathaway Leavenworth Properties. HANNAH ROSE My husband and I were very impressed with Hannah Rose Lynch, when we called to express our interest in a house listed with Berkshire Hathaway. Hannah was very knowledgeable and quickly put in motion our offer, while we bombarded her with a multitude of questions. She meticulously prepared paperwork immediately and worked tirelessly to make sure each document was thorough but dispersed rapidly. Hannah also helped ensure we saw the property as many times as we needed and clipped a quick, efficient pace, coordinating with her associate, Camie Kae. What a great, seamless team. We were delighted with Hannah's friendliness, kind spirit, and keen business sense. Her expertise was very appreciated. Thank you so much, Hannah Rose! Thank you Berkshire Hathaway Leavenworth Properties.

If you recently purchased an older home ... here is your reminder to get the ducts cleaned!…read more We had Tyler from Zerorez Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning of Central Washington over to the house and Whoo - wee! Did he have his work cut out for him! He said this was the second worst ducts he has ever cleaned - and he suspects that they have never been professionally cleaned. In 70 years. Over an inch of dust and debris coating the ducts. When you buy a house that is not new, you never know what you are breathing in. Skin cells from the 70's? Entirely possible. I absolutely recommend Tyler from Zerorez if you are anywhere from Wenatchee to Spokane. Respectful, clean, professional and super helpful! Went above and beyond to get my home taken care of. (A house this size usually takes him an hour and a half ... he was here for closer to five hours to get the work complete and answer all of our questions.) Guessing the HVAC will work much better (better air flow) and there will be less dust in the house now! Best $500 spent in awhile.

This review covers just this company's property mgmt entity and nothing else…read more If one is looking for a place to live, in Grant County, WA, you have a choice of options. Most will be found on the Internet and include Craigslist.org among others and Windermere property mgmt. I came upon a listed property on their website and this is what I endured and was subjected to with three employees I had interactions with. My experience dealing with employees of this business goes back to Aug of 2025. One thing seems abundantly clear, their employer, Windermere, it appears they don't offer PD to their employee's which would explain the lack of CM and CS that was clearly NOT in evidence among those I dealt with. PD = Professional Development CM = Communication skills CS = Customer Service skills Of the three employees I had contact with, the first one, she would only use E-mail and nothing else to communicate. The 2nd employee, I had but a brief conversation via telephone and she just reiterated what the first employee had said in a msg to me. As for the 3rd employee who I later was told was running this office, he managed to use both E-mail and the telephone to converse with me. After submitting an application, ten days later and an employee is asking me "the CUSTOMER" if I could contact my rental reference(s) and ask them if they received this company's Rental Verification Form. Huh? Like, isn't that your JOB?!?! So I did and by the end of the month and my application had been approved. What I wasn't told and wouldn't find out until Oct 6th, my application, was it the first one submitted and/or approved? Apparently not for on this day and I get told the property has been offered to someone else! Never able to reach this employee [Ms G] by phone, I speak to another one who just confirms "we don't hold properties" but she mentions a similar rental and will have the person who manages it give me a call. So now I'm on to my 3rd employee and eventually he realizes, the 1st employee, she never let me know that I was the 1st person to submit an application and one that was approved. And now she's offered the rental to another party! Long story short this 3rd employee, Mr. F, he moves my application back to the original property I was interested in. Fast-forward to the middle of Nov and I move my belongings into this rental but return to my previous residence to clean it up and out. At this time I'm sent a msg from a Ms. G, an inspection report regarding the property. If I come across any other issues I can reply to this msg. So returning the last wknd of Nov, 2025, and I reply that I've come upon a couple of issues. I hear nothing from this employee Ms. G and so I reach out to the 3rd employee I've had contact with previously, a Mr F. Despite being told I could simply reply to the previous employee's E-mail if I come upon anything else not listed in the inspection report, Mr F lets me know "you need to use the tenant portal." Okay, fine. I then proceed to let him know that I would like to replace my garbage can for it has a large gash in it. Mr F barks back at me, "WE DON'T DO THAT, WE DON'T DO THAT!!! You need to call such and such trash company. Does he offer a phone #? Well, of course not. I then make mention that while swapping out a 3-wire plug on my dryer for a 4-wire connection, I noticed as I was about to insert this plug into the electrical outlet meant for a dryer, ALL four screws that hold the faceplate in place, they're loose to the point you can see them all sticking out! So naturally, I took a slot-bladed screwdriver and tightened them all down. Upon hearing this bit of news, Mr F starts screaming at me, "TELL ME YOU DIDN'T, TELL ME YOU DIDN'T?!" "I'm like, huh and what's with the verbal ABUSE on ME?" Then I realize, "he wasn't paying attention to what I had just said!" So I explain to Mr F that I'll repeat what I just said, but much more slowly this time. Now he understands what I'd said but doesn't say anything more. During our telephone conversation, I make mention that it seems as if he's always got one foot out the door when he responds to me. By this I mean, he replies to my E-mails or calls me back just before the COB. Mr F, with his reply, he let's me know, "I work 24/7." Right, and that's why you couldn't provide me with a telephone # for the trash company earlier in our conversation? I also let Mr F know that an employee of his, a Ms G, it seems she wanted me to reach out to my rental reference(s) and ask them, "did you get the rental verification form I sent you?" I'm the customer, correct? So why am I getting asked to do something that's part of the employee's job? Hearing what I had just said, I expected Mr F to offer up an apology to me. WRONG! Instead, Mr F snaps back at me and replies, "Hey, you got the property!" What he stopped short of saying: What the *uck more do you want?" Disgusting behavior ALL around which I did not deserve !!!
