As an adult, the frequency of my appointments has shifted -- meaning, I do not go 3-4 times a year as a part of a wellness plan (thanks, Mom!). This past January, I had an accident where I hit my head very hard. After the event, I had pain on both my head and my neck that didn't go away. My mom suggested that I go see Lisa for a session. At the appointment, Lisa very carefully listened to my concerns and within the first few minutes of my session, I could feel the release of tension. The office itself is well kept and extremely clean. The Chiropractic staff are nice and welcoming when though I'm not s patient of theirs, although it's a nice touch. As a person with fibromyalgia I suffer from chronic pain and have been on the hunt for a massage therapist who practices myofascial release. I accidentally discovered Rebecca when I was desperately searching for a massage therapist to help me get through a really bad flare up. I spoke with her and even though she was booked solid because of the holidays she said she would call me back if she got a cancellation, so imagine my surprise when she called me back an hour later! My appointment went by way too fast! She not only managed to help lessen yhe pain but she also made recommendations on how to lessen the pain in certain areas that I've never been able to touch, like my shoulder, hip and ankle.
