Chris was so helpful and kind explaining the process. He knew I felt apprehensive and didn't try to rush me. I have never had to sell anything before and he gave me more than what I thought I would receive. I would highly recommend The Goldmart to anyone who is needing to sell your jewelry!! I had my ring resized, larger, November 2024, Goldmart sent the ring to their jeweler out of…read morestate. Received the ring back, thinking it was very thin, but they were the experts, paid $130 to resize. By March 2025 (less than 4 months later) the piece put in by their jeweler (to make the ring larger) fell out! Goldmart kind of shrugged their sholders, saying we do not use them anymore for repairs. Goldmart sent their ring to a new jeweler, because they did use their prior jeweler, where to repair the ring would be $350! I had them send my ring back unfixed. I had the ring repaired locally at a different jeweler for $50.
