The mower started right up. But when I got it home it wouldn't start. I message the business back and they told me to bring it back tomorrow. They will be there all day. I showed up today to bring the mower back. And the business was closed. Mind you I have a one way 25 minute drive to get to the business and for no one to be there very unprofessional. And it costs me my time and effort. I was carded $80 for the fixes that did work out. And I gave the guy a $20 tip cause I'm trying to build relationships. I was hopelessly stuck in mud all the way up to the chassis and in the middle of nowhere. The night turned into a disaster for all involved when not one but two tow trucks also became stuck trying to get to me. The team at L&T didn't give up and stayed very professional throughout the ordeal. It was near freezing out so the driver took me into town while they changed out equipment. Just really great guys! Hopefully I'll never need them again but if I have to call for a tow they will be the first call I make.

I recently had my 2008 GMC four-door pickup truck towed from Corning to Chico which cost $362…read more Halfway to the drop off point the driver said something about seeing and hearing boxes and or something else flying out of my truck I responded with I don't understand what you mean, I have a tonneau cover for the bed of my truck that prevents anything from flying out or in there were a few items in my cab of my truck I said that unless it blew out the cab I don't know how it came from my truck. Upon my arrival to drop off point I immediately walk to the back of the tow truck and look up at my truck on the l&t towing flatbed my windshield had been smashed into pieces my driver mirror was broke into pieces my driver window is broke into pieces and gone as well as my tunnel cover for my bed of my truck was not there. The brackets that attach to my cover my cover to the bed of my truck are damaged and completely bent upwards from the tonneau cover being violently ripped off my truck while driving on the road. I communicated with l&t towing about l&t towing drivers negligence, one of the owners of l&t towing said they would compensate me for my losses they asked if I would get estimates I told them I did not have time or energy to waste on the damages that their driver at l&t towing caused to my beautiful truck and if they would like they can cut me a check for $3,000 and I would not pursue an insurance claim which would damage or not look good for their company they agreed and said be there in the morning to get check, this morning getting ready to head to l&t towing to pick up my compensation check the owner calls me and proceeded to tell me l&t towing is not going to have a compensation check for me this morning and that I needed to take care of the damages myself as the owner of l&t towing rudely disconnected our phone call and is unreachable. Mark Blackmore blew us out of the forest from the very beginning (especially me, a through-and-through city girl!). We initially came in just to look at what tractors were available. What happened next had Mike and I biting the bullet and buying a new tractor. Mark went step-by-step (as if we had bought the tractor) on all of the features the tractor had and explained how to operate it; how these features would fit our needs on our 1 1/2 acre property. He gave us the pros and cons of the different accessories available; but, he also told us that once we bought the tractor, use it for a year before we decide to buy any accessories. Mark also told us not to buy the bigger-sized tractor because we didn't need it. There's no BS with him. Not once did we feel pressured to buy whether it was used or new. He's not really a salesman, but more of a teacher, a very knowledgeable one at that, and that's the best kind of salesman you could hope for! And this is absolutely why you need to do business with Mark!! After all was said and done, Mike and I left with so much information and no pressure from Mark to buy that day. We came back a month later and bought a brand-new Yanmar tractor. Thank you Mark for teaching us the ways of the tractor!! p.s. Mark went one step further! We called Mark in December to tell him that we were having a hard time finding tire chains for our tractor. He tracked down the only set of chains available for our tire size and had them hold it for us and it was located right there in Redding.
