Sent a promotion to pay off my lease payments up to $9750.00…read more When I arrived, we noticed every car had a market adjustment addendum added to the window sticker of $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 over the full window sticker, for basically $250.00 of useless products. I spent over an hour waiting for my appraisal from the sales manager, even though no customers were in the showroom; the manager never looked at my car, so we left. The salesman was courteous and pleasant, but the sales manager needs some training. This promotion seems like a SCAM, as the overcharges on the addendum were equal to the payments they promised to pay.

    We've come to this KIA service several times for issues with our 2016 Sorento…read more We've worked with service advisor, Jimmy, who has always been easy to deal with and respectful, however we have had several major issues while working with this location overall. We initially brought our SUV in for a broken head gasket that caused a huge leak between the oil and radiator plus all of the internal tubing. It cost close to $6000 to repair but we were just glad to get it all done and have a reliable vehicle to use for our family. When we received our car back, our side mirrors (the electrical components) were no longer working, nor was our front windshield wiper...we texted and let Jimmy know because we were surprised that we got our car back with two issues we didn't have going in...we had an appointment coming up for something unrelated and decided we would address the issues at that appointment because after our car being in the shop for 2 week, we were just glad to be able to use it again. Big mistake because we should've brought it back that day and demanded they fixed what they broke. Unfortunately, several weeks after this major repair, the exact same issue happened after leaving a doctors appointment. The head gasket broke, oil leaked into the radiator and we had to get the car towed to KIA. We brought back up the issues from the things they broke while servicing us the first time, and although the pats from the previous repair were under warranty, they charged US to fix the windshield wiper THEY broke and did not fix our mirrors. It was unreal. They did they repair, again, and gave us our car back....with a new issue we did not have at all prior to. We couldn't believe it. This time, the air was no longer blowing cold. We brought it back and contacted Jimmy, who had the AC recharged and working fine. We also noticed our phone holder, one of the magnets that sits in the vent that holds a phone for GPS was missing...they either stole it or dropped it and lost it during the repair. Very frustrating and unacceptable. A few days later, a car started having more issues that we never had before. Now, the car will not accelerate at times in the middle of driving, while pressing the gas and the brake lights went on while the car was completely turned off as if the pedal was being pressed. We contacted Jimmy again and are now requesting to deal with a manager to get our money back for the repairs they charged us for that they broke and to demand they fix our vehicle the right way on their dime. It's so unfortunate that they tried to take advantage of us and truly absurd that we are not the only family who have brought a vehicle in to be serviced and got it back with several unrelated issues. They are going to have extreme legal issues. I would not trust them to fix anything and would never recommend buying a KIA just because of how bad the service is. So much time and money wasted bringing our car here honestly. It shouldn't be this difficult.

    I want to take this time to share my recent experience at Jon Hall Chevrolet…read more I've been shopping for a Colorado for quite some time now. I was messaging dealerships even the far ones. I got a quote from a dealership in Panama City which I thought was pretty good. I saw a similar truck at Jon Hall's inventory so I hit them up. I was directed to Allan, who was super helpful and quick to respond. After doing the numbers, he beat the other dealership's number by $200/m!!! I told him I'll take the deal. I drove the following day from Miami to Daytona. I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical at the beginning coz I had my fair share of experience with different dealerships where the price changes as soon as you get there. But not this one, they honor the price as is. A lady briefly and nicely offered me the protection package, but in no point pressured me on getting it which is a first in my experience, and I thought that was also a positive. I was then brought over to the finance manager to sign the papers, and that too was an excellent experience, friendly and quick process. Overall, this dealership is amazing. No BS, unlike most dealerships. I would give more than 5 stars if I can. The 8 hr drive back and forth was well worth and I would gladly do it again. In fact, I might be picking up another vehicle soon. If you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, don't hesitate. Hit up Allan and I guarantee he'll hook you up.     I am extremely disappointed with the service at Jon Hall Chevrolet. My vehicle is still under…read morewarranty, yet I've had to bring it in FOUR separate times for the same safety sensor issue. Each visit has been a waste of time. I was told the sensor was replaced, but less than 24 hours later, the exact same warning signal came back on. This clearly shows the problem was never properly diagnosed or fixed. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. Despite being under warranty, they seem unwilling to fully repair the issue or take the time to ensure it's actually resolved. Instead, I keep getting sent away with the same unresolved problem. This has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially when dealing with something related to vehicle safety. I expected better service, communication, and follow-through. I would not recommend this dealership if you're relying on them for warranty repairs.
