Before installing the glass, he eyeballed it one more time and realized the database was wrong (glad he could spot that before he took off the old windshield). This was not his fault - he followed the manufacturer's recommendation - which was wrong. He called around and was able to get the right windshield and came by the next morning to put in the new windshield. Zach was attentive to detail, never got frustrated and when above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his services. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

He came over within 10 minutes of our conversation, was incredibly pleasant as I talked his ear off while he was fixing the chip, even wore a mask which I was very impressed with as people seem to be relaxing with the masks ( I sincerely appreciated him being safe) and it only took 10 minutes. I talked with…read morethe dealership and they agreed to pay to have it done closer to home (Quincy, IL) so that I didn't have to wait to take it back to the dealership to get it fixed. Glass One was happy to work with the dealership and take their payment information over the phone. I was able to get a next day appointment with them and they took my vehicle right in and did the repair very quickly and very well. They also cleaned the tape marks from the inside of the window where the vehicle information had been when I purchased it. I definitely recommend Glass One!

BEWARE! Adams county glass llc. I have posted this before but took it down in order to give this…read moreguy a chance before I expose his company and how he honors his work...or lack of. I paid $700 dollars to get a window replaced, Adams county glass did the work and gave us a 3 year warranty. We got a year and half before the seal failed and now we can't even see out of the window because of condensation. I contacted the company to have the warranty honored but that is not what we got....instead we got excuses. First off James told me he had just bought the company and had no info on our window replacement So I sent him the invoice and then followed up with several calls. He kept telling me he is the new owner and the past work done by the company was not his problem....come to find out he owned the company when the work was done. Not only that he had worked for the company for 10 years prior to buying it from Jesus . He knew about all the problems the company was having, so what he did was buy Adams county glass inc. and changed the name the Adams county glass LLC. and this apparently has gotten him out of honoring any warranty issues the company had before which is BS. In fact he was the owner of the company when the work was done. Use him or not just realize his warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on. We now have to buy an entire new window for 1,249 bucks. He told me he is worried about his reputation because we live in a small town and word gets around...He is complete lip service. He has promised me twice he will make things right but will never call me back once he gets me off the phone. I strongly advise to look for a reputable company before you are out of 700 bucks and are stuck with a guy who is only good at making excuses.
