Before installing the glass, he eyeballed it one more time and realized the database was wrong (glad he could spot that before he took off the old windshield). This was not his fault - he followed the manufacturer's recommendation - which was wrong. He called around and was able to get the right windshield and came by the next morning to put in the new windshield. Zach was attentive to detail, never got frustrated and when above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his services. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

He came over within 10 minutes of our conversation, was incredibly pleasant as I talked his ear off while he was fixing the chip, even wore a mask which I was very impressed with as people seem to be relaxing with the masks ( I sincerely appreciated him being safe) and it only took 10 minutes. I'm assuming the price was reasonable as I have never gotten this done before and never priced it with another company. As well, he guarantees his work. I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

Glass One was happy to work with the dealership and take their payment information over the phone. I was able to get a next day appointment with them and they took my vehicle right in and did the repair very quickly and very well.
