There's a pajama party at night and show. So it's loud, chaotic, and full of Legos. My son is obsessed with the castle so I like the fact that I can watch him from this sit down restaurant. They have a decent salmon and churrasco steak. Their cesar salad is solid too. They also have fun soft drinks for kids with candy in it. Last time they had an amazing dessert brownie sundae that came in a big Lego mini figure bowl. They also have fun drinks for the parents like a key lime martini which might make it easier to relax in the mayhem. There's a little movie room right next to it and a fun Lego display. I have fond memories here. Just mentally prepare yourself that you're not at a fine dining place but at a busy theme park hotel lobby restaurant. Also note to some parents: your kids still might need more supervision than you think so make sure you check upon them if you let them go play while you're sitting at the table.

Food is hit or miss, but being right next to the Lego castle automatically gives it a star…read more My kids are getting better at sitting at restaurants, but they still get antsy. I love that we can just send them to play with Legos while we get adult beverages and have an adult conversation. I love their margaritas, heads up that the "house margarita" is $16 and made with Patron. Not cheap if that's what you expect from a house margarita but it is delicious. We had just woken up from a nap so I got a peanut butter espresso martini. It was quite good, not too sweet. At first I was going to try the key lime martini, but the waitress made an offhand comment that it was sweet. I asked very sweet? Once she confirmed I switched to the espresso martini. We got a kids chicken tenders with fries and a French dip with substitute of Caesar salad. We got the French dip with the aioli on the side, which was great for me because it was a perfect dip for the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders and fries were meh. Even my son didn't end of eating a lot of it. The French dip was fantastic though and the Caesar salad was great too. I'd get it again. It's so nice to grab food while the kids played. A lot of the menu is for 5 pm onwards, so next time we will probably come here after 5 pm. There's no reason you'd come here unless you're staying at the Legoland hotel, but if you are, this is a pretty solid option. It will be super loud since it's basically in the hotel lobby, but again, that's great if you want your kids running around and playing too.

So I am slightly confused. I already did a review for Port 27, I guess this is a new page. To be…read moreclear, Port 27 is a venue which has a brewery with its namesake Port 27. There in lies some of the confusion on my part because my last review I guess was for the brewery and not the venue, but I kinda reviewed it in its entirety. So here I go again. Port 27 is a lakeside destination with iconic views, good eats, a great brewery and eclectic shops. I have been here more times than I can count. It is quite convenient as it is less than a 5 minute drive from my house. And the bike ride isn't bad either on a Sunday when it's not too hot. So I have been here in the evening on the weekend with live music. They host events like runs, and there is even a comedy show. Port 27 is both kid friendly, and pet friendly. There are plenty of places to sit and there is a kind of kids area as well. Most of the major events are hosted on the outside stage. The shops: Antica Trattoria has some of the best pizza in Florida. It is popular and stays packed, yet they get the pizza out pretty quickly. There is a fair amount of seating inside. And, there are places throughout Port 27 to leave your pizza boxes when you are done. Van de Walle has great coffee and awesome desserts and the staff and service are on par with the coffee and desserts. They roast their own beans in house and make all of the desserts in house. You can purchase their coffee and theybwill grind it for you to your preference. Port 27 the brewery is a bit cloistered and on a busy evening or the weekends, the lines can be a little much. But the wait is well worth it because the beer is quite awesome. The servers are passionate about the beer and you can get samples, but when it is super busy you should just jump in to respect the patrons behind you. There are also burgers, tacos, ice cream, arts and crafts, candles and a shop that has vinyl records. Every time I go it is always a new adventure and somehow I never get bored. If you are in Polk County Florida and looking for something to occupy the whole family, Port 27 is a great option. But don't take my word, see it for yourself.

This is a great place to spend some time with the family. It has a large parking lot, but close to…read moresunset that parking lot is full. There are many stores that sell pizza, beers, even candles. The food is a bit price but the quality seems good. At night, they had a DJ, and it looks really good.

Although there was a bit of a wait, our service was great and the overall experience was positive. This is a gorgeous restaurant that is very elegant. Our server Tammy was LOVELY - so attentive (even being so busy), great recommendations and really just a delight to have as a server. We all chose a variety of things, but I had the mushroom and truffle ravioli as a starter that was very good. I could tell the pasta was made in house. My boyfriend had the spinach gnocchi that was fantastic!!! I was jealous I didn't order it lol. He got the prime rib, that he said was good. I have the prime filet that was good, but I wish the chimichurri on top had a little bit more flavor. We were bummed we couldn't order the espresso martini tower for my mother in law, but understood it would have been a huge stressor on the bar staff. We did order a few espresso martinis à la carte and they were fantastic! Definitely made with fresh espresso. Lastly, the crème brulee came out flaming and was absolutely the best I've ever had! We were really enjoying ourselves, but I wish I took more photos. We really enjoyed the experience and look forward to coming back for dinner one day!
