We returned today and due to our last financial experience, totaled up our bill before we got it. It was around 80 per our calculations. When we finally got our bill, our waitress verbally told us what it was. And to our not surprise, it was once again, higher than it should have been. My daughter, who had heard about our previous experience asked for an itemized receipt which was given to us rather reluctantly. We reviewed it and the burger and drinks were more expensive than what it said on the menu! Our old fashioned which we ordered in the specials menu was $9 instead of the posted $8 and her burger was $16 instead of the $10 posted. She brought it to the attention of our waitress and she admitted that the drink prices were increased but not updated on the menu.. when asked about the burger she claimed it's because we got fries instead of chips but SHE was the one who asked us if we wanted fries, chips, or potato salad. She tried claiming the $6 was fries... and even if that was the case, $6 for fries??? Without a note on the menu? So my recommendation is CHECK YOUR BILL and ask for an itemized receipt. I find it weird that they automatically don't also offer itemized receipts.... So hopefully when we return, it will be updated to avoid future issues...

Fish Filet was large and tasty although we really would have liked more tartar sauce. The Tater kegs were also large and tasty. It was nice sitting outside with view of the lake and boat activity. The Angus burger is so flavorful and was cooked to perfection! My friend's buffalo chicken salad was delicious and enough for three meals. Can't fault a single thing. For food, I got the chimichurri steak, next time I should remember to get the chimichurri on the side just because my younger son didn't like the green stuff on the steak. The chimichurri is delicious. It was cooked perfectly at medium rare, I got their homemade chips as one of my sides because my kids wanted it. Their chips are so good that was definitely the way to go. I also got green beans which were amazing as well. My older son got the kids mac & cheese with a side of fries. I even loved his mac & cheese. It's definitely not the Kraft mac & cheese. My husband got the barbecue plate. He had mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes and loved all of it. My younger son ate off of all of our plates and we pretty much finished all our food. My younger son then got a dessert of vanilla ice cream with Oreos and he scarfed it down. Seafood Boil place "HUNGRY CRAB" and we were again not disappointed!!! The food was great as always!!! We ordered 2 Seafood boils. 1 Garlic no heat & 1 Garlic mild heat. Both were cooked to perfection. The crab was pulled out of the shells easily. The mussels and clams were good, but most of the clams had sand in them. That's Not on the establishment tho.
