I called a few times and we were kind of playing phone tag to reach each other. So, the owner actually texted me after I left a voicemail and offered to stop by to see what we wanted to get rid of and what we wanted to donate. I expressed the importance of where I would like our things donated and the owner totally respected my request! When I met the owner he was such a nice man and looked at what we had and even struck up a nice conversation with me. He then asked me when would I like to have everything picked up and I gave him a day and then I asked him what his price for the pickup and donations would be. He took into account that I was donating over 10 big moving boxes and cut the price and said he'll have his brother and a small crew come by on the day I requested.
