I called in a new company, a heating/AC specialist just to look at it this year and when they removed the flew pipe and top of the furnace, it was loaded with ash and black soot. Over an inch of soot! Ash in a 3 inch pile! We were told that even the oil filter on the tank hadn't been changed. I'm ripping pissed. So dishonest!!! If you use them currently, please have a heating/AC professional come out to double check your furnace! My neighbor used them too so after telling him what happened to us, he had a tech come out to look at his furnace and SAME THING! NOT CLEANED properly. Looked up the gas prices in the area and found out all of the other stations were $3.89 to $4.09. After purchasing gas at the shell station went back to the Mobil station and called them out for price gouging and advised them that there gas was 60 to 70 cents higher than anyone in the town. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy when a receipt fell out of my door within an hour of my call as a new customer! I was also offered to set up a payment plan for the winter months ahead when other companies said that I needed to purchase 3 services to determine my usage before I could be put on the service plans that they offer! They are a self service Gulf gas station along with the Gulf Express store and Dunkin' Donuts. Every time I stop in here the coolers are stocked and have cleab glass. I do t see any misc debris around the store so you can tell they care about their appearance. I stop here anytime I pass by for a snack or drink. If you're driving my and/or through North Chelmsford you need a drink and a snack or something else of that nature this should be the place you go.
