Very manipulative and sketchy. I was clear about the work that needed to be done on my car, when I went to pick it up-pressured me to pay without seeing or checking to see if the repairs were made. Head gasket blew on the way home. I was always polite and reasonable with them-but he blamed me for the car breaking and told me it was my fault he did not do the repairs we agreed on that he said he would do. So they took thousands of dollars from me and my family, in the end the car had to be totalled. And then acts like everyone else is to blame including his own workers. No wonder they are failing and needing to scam customers left and right. The ONLY thing keeping this business afloat is the free garunteed income from being a police impound lot. Shameful.

We found the number of Wheeling Spring Service and gave them a call. Charlie told us to bring it over. After arriving, and employee crawled under the camper and identified the issue. He went to the back of the shop and returned with a new spring. Once the vehicles were in the shop, they noticed the saddle on the other side of the axle had separated from the frame. 3 and a half hours after arriving, they had installed the new spring and had the saddle welded back into place, we were back on the road home to Long Island. I found Wheeling Spring to be courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The amount charged was quite fair. Thank you for turning our potential tragedy into a mere footnote.
