When I arrived the cost was $700+ and the car would not start. After charging the battery, it started and I left. Battery died again later in the day, so once I replaced the battery, it is working great. I am sure the starter was not the issue, it was the battery after all. Poor mechanic diagnostics!!!

I made an appointment for my car because it was sputtering when I pressed the gas. I just wanted to…read morefind out what was wrong with it. After serval days of waiting to see what the problem was and if I wanted them to fix it, I finally got a hold of them and they told me it was ready and that it would cost over $400 for new coils and spark plugs. Legally, they shouldn't have worked on it without my permission. But if I tried to dispute it, they would hold my car until I resolved it in court. I was not going to let them re-install the old parts because who knows if I would ever get the spark plugs back out. In the end, I got a 'discount' of $100 and ended up paying $350 for spark plug change, new coil pack and some fuel additive that is 18 bucks at Walmart. When I got my car back, they had forgotten to put the coil cover plate on, so I went back, but they didn't have it. A few days later, they said they found it and gave it to me, but when I tried to put it on, it was the wrong size. I was done and decided not to go back to them anymore.

I went to Jamies where he diagnosed it as cylinders 3 and 4 were mis firing but was booked solid and not able to make the repairs that day. Jamie drove me to the Enterprise rental Car where I discovered they had no rental cars. Jamie was able to take me back to the shop and got me in quickly. Within 2 hours of this ordeal, he got me back on the road with new parts and repairs. I am grateful he was there and that time and was nice enough to help try and get me into a rental.
