They sold Steve's car wash to a new owner 5 months ago that jacked up prices and won't hire enough help. I went on a Monday at 2:30 and it took 45" to get my car after I went in the back to complain. Never again! Get cheap and lose business! read more

I asked for the most expensive car wash and they put down the wrong one. And I got an oil change as well. After the oil change I waited for 30 minutes for them to take my car back for the wash. They handed me my keys back before they did the wash so it was sitting there for awhile and I asked about the wash so I gave them my keys and I waited for another 20 minutes and they finally pulled it around. And they did a half ass job cleaning it. Look at pictures below. They didn't clean the inside of my car at all. They didn't vacuum inside. The windows were still dirty. The inside was just still a mess and I spend $160 there that day. What a shame. Please do better. read more

The owner of this place is the nicest guy there is. He hires the right people to treat customers with courtesy and kindness and they do an amazing job. It usually takes a lot to disappoint me. So here we go, Quite disappointed with the customer service. let's talk about defusing a situation - I have rim protectors on the wheel for a reason, I have never scraped my rims and plan on never scrapping them. For you to aggressively state that my rim protectors were falling off - that's a straight no no moment. Your employees accidentally bumped it against the car wash rim guards which caused it to pop off. Do not say it's my fault when approaching the situation. I'll offer free advice -, Say this instead - "excuse me, I'm sorry but we noticed that there was a plastic cover that popped off of your rim. Can we take a look at it together to identify how we can remedy the problem." Also do not walk side by side with me saying, I F**ken hate these cars... clearly you just had a bad morning and could maybe use some positivity such as a nice cup of coffee. I worked long days and nights to purchase my vehicle, so please do not talk s**t about it. Also, offer an olive branch of kind words or service, this will help make your paying customers feel like they are supporting an amazing establishment. Washing, experience, it was okay. Did a nice job with hand drying. But with the experience from earlier - I was just disappointed. I still plan on coming back because I believe that a business can always do better read more

The staff perform a good job and they keep your vehicle safe from mishaps. The shop is very clean and spacious. There's plenty of seating with a television in the waiting area if you want to catchup on your shows. I love the 48 hour free return in the case of weather conditions to keep your vehicle looking good. They have car accessories for sale and they give you 2 free car fresheners with the full service wash service. Overall the value of their work is pretty good. There staff is amazing the OPM i believe his name is Tony, is always great at his job he really values his work and works great with his staff. He is always constantly running around everywhere to help and work with everyone. I can appreciate someone like him. He's super kind every time I go in I live 30 minutes away, but I try to make it there at least once a week or every other week I would not go any other place other than Steve's car wash, the best thing about it they have great greeting cards very unique ones. You don't see these type of greeting cards not at your average stores and they try to be reasonable with their prices and help you out. The other young lady that works there I believe her name is Icey, she is so sweet kind and probably one of the best humans I've met in a very long time. She has great etiquette Great customer service skills and she's another one. That's always running around from the booth to the cash register great job honey. Keep it up again thank you, Tony and all the young men for all their great work and Icey for being so sweet and kind every every single time I go there. One last thing it's so convenient because they have an oil change connected to the car wash so if you wanted to kill two birds with one stone, it's definitely a plus. Paid $25 for service that includes interior vacuuming, wiping down of interior surfaces, and power washing of floor mats. After waiting an hour, they delivered my car back to me in the same condition I could have achieved with a baby wipe and any gas station vacuum. The "Manager" was a young kid with an arrogant attitude who refused to give me a refund and refused to call the General Manager. Finally he claimed to call him, but wouldn't let me speak to him. He then gave me a cash refund claiming that he "can't" reverse my credit card transaction. No idea what's up with this place, but it will waste your valuable time and money. read more

i drove 20 mins out of my way to come here to get a hand carwash. After waiting 10 mins I was told they aren't accepting any hand washes at this time because they close soon I showed up at 5pm and they close at 6 that is more than enough time. Would highly recommend staying away from this business rude people and turned away business for no reason when there were several employees sitting outside on there phones doing nothing! read more

They do an excellent job detailing cars here. Make sure you call in advance for an appointment. Also if you have multiple vehicles or are flexible you can work out a deal with them. If they missed something they will correct. This place is really good and really want to get your car like new. read more

I really like this place. I have an unlimited membership at Delta Sonic Carwash, but I still come here 4-6 times a year to get a more careful clean outside and inside. It is a little too expensive for me to use as my regular carwash, but then again, you get what you pay for. The kids who do the drying and the interior wipe downs always do a very, very nice job, and I have always been impressed with their friendliness. I would suggest avoiding weekends whenever possible, as they can get quite busy. I recommend buying the savings packs when they have them on sale. read more

I think the experience you have at the car wash has 100% to do with which employee cleans your car. I had a younger gentleman clean my truck yesterday as part of the diamond wash and he did a decent job. Granted the truck was already clean to begin with but it was shinier and looked better. However the customer that was behind me had their car driven like a complete A-hole. This employee was whipping the Audi around like it was a toy. I can tell you if that was my truck I would've ran Out to the car wash and pulled that POS employee from my truck. For that reason, I'll never go here again. If they don't have the common courtesy to treat other peoples property with respect then I don't want any part of it. read more

All was good until they let my truck come out of the car wash and roll away with no one in the vehicle! Yep, had to watch my $70K truck rolling away unattended...I chased after it and was trying to get into my moving vehicle so it wouldn't end up in the middle of 111th street and cause an accident!!! Thank goodness there was a curb that stopped it...it bounced back after hitting it, however for a split second I thought it was going to jump the curb. Worst part...NOONE came to me to apologize or even address the issue! We left our car out during a storm and tons of tree debris and sap fell on it. We took it in for a standard wash and the employees went above and beyond. Without even being asked, they spent tons of time washing the exterior to make sure every mark from the tree was washed off. I liked that they offered to take my car to the car wash. I could just go into their facility and they did the rest. I liked that I didn't have to figure out a card machine. They took my card and ran it thru for the service I wanted. You can even tell them how much you want to tip and they'll put that on the card too. Class act - did a very nice job drying it off, also. I've been to this car wash multiple times and every time I hope it gets better...and it doesn't. Today I got the diamond wash (most expensive) and my car is still filthy inside and out. They didn't clean the inside windows, had to have them come back out and do it. It was a different kid this time and he even said my car should look better than it did for getting the diamond wash. Looks like it was barely vacuumed and the spots the automatic car wash missed were not cleaned. To top it off I was there 1.5 hours. I'm done with this place. Today I brought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in for a carwash at Steves Carwash and was I impressed. In the past I've run the car through the carwash at the local gas station....I figured every carwash was the same. I was wrong - there's big difference between the gas station carwash and a carwash at Steve's. My interior was vacuumed, the dash wiped clean, the windows cleaned inside and out, the wheels cleaned and polished...I don't think there was a visible part of the car that wasn't cleaned or polished while at Steve's. Costs a little bit more but well worth it. I will definitely be returning to Steves Carwash! read more

This place is great, I've never been to a more thorough car wash. My dog sheds like crazy and they take the time to make sure my car's interior looks spotless every time. Even the drive through wash is more thorough than most car washes - staff takes the time to wash off bugs first, clean wheels, etc. Can't beat the price! read more

One of my dogs threw up in the backseat of my car during a 6-hour road trip. Yuck. I took one look at the mess and decided that I wasn't going to be the one to clean it up. I called Steve's Carwash and asked for a general estimate of how much it would cost to have it cleaned -- $10-30 seemed reasonable to me so I showed up to get an actual estimate. When I got there, I was told it would be $10 to clean it up and an additional $5 for a vacuum (my dogs shed like crazy). I agreed to the cleaning and vacuuming and am so glad I did! My car looked -- and smelled - as good as new. There was no trace of dog vomit or hair anywhere in the car and best of all, I didn't have to do any work! Excellent service and excellent value. You can be sure I'll be back for a regular car wash in the near future. read more

Shotty at best. I stopped by today for a wash. I have two boys so the inside gets a bit messy. I opted for their most expensive wash. I believe I paid $30 after tip. I think the photos speak for themselves. My car looked the same coming out as going in. I asked the manager to have them clean the seats again. The photos you are viewing is after the second cleaning. They didnt even vacuum them. They looked just as when I drove it on the lot. They didnt even get the outside clean. Have gone here for years and always purchased the Diamond Wash and loved the service, until lately. The last few times, they've rushed their work, skipped the tire shine, and thrown my floor mats back in the car without snapping them down or even putting them in the correct places. My car has been wiped down without drying off the trapped water, so as soon as I drive away, I have dirty water spots all over my car. The Diamond Wash is about $23, but I can get this kind of service anywhere else for half that. I called the manager and he didn't seem terribly interested in listening to me, but told me he'd take my name and give me a free wash. I don't want these guys touching my car again, so that won't be necessary, I won't be back. read more
