(I thought that would be sufficient and don't want to give any personal information out it I don't have to , but I was walking to my car to get the VIN.) I was then rudely told to call the Mercedes Benz dealership and see what they said. If the person I was speaking to had of provided me with a decent response I would have used them since I needed the windshield replaced quickly. My review however is about their commitment to quality and warranty on their work. Fast forward over 10 months and the window slid down again during this rainy season and I was left without being able to drive. I called and quickly explained the situation and he said no worries come in the next day once the part arrives. The parts have lifetime warranty. He fixed it while I waited and was back on my way.
