Original is below. --- R&M provided a great quote and we agreed on a day for the work. However, they never asked for my address and when I contacted them to follow up, they never responded. It ended up being a waste of a Saturday I had scheduled for them, and spent waiting around for a response that never came. No apologies or attempt to reschedule, just no response.
