I paid $150 for their transportation service and also paid out of pocket for all of my prep supplies. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the office had given me the wrong colonoscopy prep instructions, which meant my colonoscopy had to be canceled and rescheduled. Since I was already there, in a gown with an iv, they proceeded with the endoscopy. After that. I didn't hear from the office for an entire week. Thev finally called to reschedule the colonoscopy. I returned the call and left a message asking to discuss reimbursement for the transportation and prep expenses I would now have to pay again because of their mistake. No one ever called me back. What's especially frustrating is that the office called and messaged me repeatedly before my procedure to make sure I confirmed my appointment. But when it came time to take responsibility for their error and address my concerns, they went completely silent. It's now been over a month since my procedure. I still have zero biopsy results and nobody will return any of my calls regarding anything. I had to stop taking the medication prescribed to me because the side effects were bad. I called the office to find out what to do about the medication. Never heard back from them. I continue to get sicker with zero answers. I'm hiring a lawyer tomorrow. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

Although the office was a little disorganized due to recent relocation, the nurse was so sweet and was very gentle and kind with our tiny baby. When we met with the doctor, he had this calming, reassuring and kind aura about him. He listened to our concerns, examined our baby, told us his thoughts, and finally asked if we had questions which he thoroughly answered. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything so that we would completely understand everything he was saying. I arrived there in tears and left feeling completely at ease, confident, and happy about what was going on with my son.

Snapped his fingers at them and told them to "listen to me and look at me while I'm talking to you" after he had just told them about their "nice curves". He tried to push an anesthetic procedure and when I pushed back he started fighting with me and belittling me. I was in the hospital 3 days later with an abscess. Hospital told me there were no notes in the system from Dr. Bologna from my visit a few days prior. Sorry to say that wasn't a surprise. The office is really good at one thing- collecting money. The first time I went, I was required to pay for the visit before I saw my doctor. They even made me pay when my deductible was already met, causing me to have a credit at the office, which I had to request back after I left the practice to find a good doctor. I recommend to everyone I know not to go to this practice.

I feel bad having to give such a poor review but it felt necessary because this is hands-down the WORST office staff experience I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are super mis-communicative, rude, belittle your pain, and slow. The slow could be due to over-booking appointments, but the rudeness and miscommunication were absolutely unacceptable. I was given sighs of annoyance of for calling in for my test results so often even though you as the patient are required to call in when you assume the results should be in by. (Versus just having the office call you to notify you of your results which most offices do.) when they give you an estimate of 1-4 weeks for how long the results can take it seems weird to be getting annoyed responses from staff. I was told results were ready over the phone when they were not and then belittled in the background by a staff member being told "I just needed to deal with it" which they were unaware that I could hear. I know they might not have meant much by it but it can be very demotivating and disappointing to hear those things as a patient who is just looking for answers and has been in lots of pain for a long period of time. The time that appointments are at is very general at this office. Both times I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment start time to even get in a room after being told to be there 30 minutes early. If you are someone who is busy this can really mess with your schedule as most people have strict work hours. Overall, I was just very disappointed and wished my experience had been better. I am not a person to complain as you can probably tell by my very little amount of reviews I give. Had I experienced maybe only half of the negative things I had, I wouldn't have even bothered reviewing.

AVOID My experience with her is very negative. In my office…read morevisits with her, she was strangely confrontational, smug and was not listening well. I have a history of Gastrointestinal issues with records (which I provided for her). I had a procedure done with her and have had no follow-up from her. I've left messages and was told the doctor is "too busy" with procedures all day to call patients who have questions. The office staff could not answer these questions and I was told only the doctor could...so if she won't call patients and the staff can't help you...I guess you find a new doctor. I recommend avoiding her unless you want to be treated like just a number.
