When I called the shop and spoke to John he sent one of his team members out the same afternoon to pick up my blower. He called me the next morning and gave me a run down of what was needed to repair the machine. He never gave me the upsell most places give everyone to pad the cost and he gave me options and very fair estimates. He had the blower brought back to me 2 days later and it's running better than ever.
