I went to this location yesterday afternoon. I went here because I had a wash card and my car was very dirty. When I arrived it wasn't to busy, which, is always a good thing. The female staff attendant that was working this day was very friendly and assisted me with my issue. I had a wash card that a vendor had given me in 2024 while working an event at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. I figured I use it this day. So apparently, it was annolder version of the new wash cards, and the price had gone up slightly. I believe her name was either Mariah or Mahliyah. She was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. The wash process takes about a few minutes and does an excellent job in getting cars clean. I also like the tire shine that they provide as well. My tires were Shiney yesterday. I really like their vacuuming station. The spaces are large enough to fit most vehicles, and there are vacuum hoses on both sides of the vehicle, so you don't have to struggle with just one hose. They also have a washing mat station as well. Overall, it was an excellent vist. Now my car is clean and happy. I'll probably return here again whenever I'm in this area. read more

This is, without a doubt, the best DIY carwash in the area. I used to go to a full-service car wash at the Beach that I liked, but it's just too expensive on a frequent basis. Gate Express Carwash is an excellent alternative. It is well laid out and organized. The vacuums are the best: very powerful, but watch out - they will suck up anything not nailed down. I like that they provide clean towels and a large, deep stainless steel sink and sprayer for cleaning rubber mats. There is also a nifty air blower to get all of the dust and debris out of nooks and crannies in your dash. The best-kept secret: Even with all of the options and upgrades, the monthly membership will save you a lot of money as you can enter as many times as you want (but limited to once per day). Despite what seems to be a significant amount initially, I've done the math and there is a considerable savings averaged out. There is even a family plan. The GEC near my house is relatively new, and there is a members-only line that you zip through. I go through many times just for the wash and skip the vacuuming, etc. My car has never been consistently cleaner! read more

My biggest complaint is the line backing up at times. There's no attendant where the kiosk is so when there's that someone that's having a hard time. It causes the line to get quite long. I think they should make one side for paid members that have the sticker, or plated. The monthly membership is good for daily use. If you need to run the vehicle through the wash more than once a day then you will need to pay whatever the single wash will cost. The vacuums are great when it actually works. They don't have rags so make sure to bring your own. Overall not a terrible value but there could be some improvements. read more

If you're a member, they used to have a chesystem that worked great and just picked up the little sticker in your window. But they "upgraded" there system and now it never works and you have to wait for an attend to come out. Staff is super friendly and help but seems like they aren't doing anything to fix the check in system. They did print me out a sticker but that didn't work either and I had to come when a manager is there. read more
