The place looks closed. Had to be directed where to enter the car wash. My black vehicle left the car wash with soap all over it. I had to get out and find someone to rinse the soap off. Had to pull to the front and they rinsed it with a hose then walked away. There are no towels in the vacuum area. They brought me 3 towels so I could now try and wipe down the whole car, which I didn't have the time for. Their towels did nothing but smear the water so I left and now have a car with water spots all over it that I seemingly cannot get off. This has to be the worst car wash I have ever gotten. Pretty pissed that I will now have to find a means to remove all the water spots the car is covered in. Already hand washed it(the same day) and that did not remove the water spots. read more

When reviewing my mail I stumbled on a coupon for a free basic car wash at Island Time Car Wash. Now I generally like to take my car to Scrubbles, because they are just pretty darn good. That was the benchmark I was measuring against. Unlike, Scrubbles you hand an employee cash directly or hand them a coupon as was my case. The wash itself was fine. I parked to use the vacuums and that went fine. I didn't think the vacuums were particularly strong, but I wouldn't say that is much different than most car wash places. My car got an okay clean and there wasn't any issues I saw. The pricing seems pretty similar to Scrubbles, but nothing stood out as great or as really bad. I am posting this review during The Times of Covid and the Delta variant. Honestly very quick process. If you want extra detailing you still go through the same process: Pull up to the right of the building, get in far right lane. They ring you up immediately and explain the packages clearly You pull around to the automated wash and drive your own vehicle through the wash with an attendant spraying soaps, bug remover, etc. If you paid for a vaccuum and detailing you pull through the original entrance but stay in the two left lanes. Your car gets vacuumed and/or any extras you purchased. THESE GUYS ARE WORKING IN THE FLORIDA HEAT AND HUMIDITY FOR US. TIP THEM PLEASE!!! I've been using Island Time on the monthly $29 plan for a couple months and it's the best car wash. You can go every day if you want, I go on Saturday and always get right in and out. You get an air freshener or dash wipe free with every wash, the wash tunnel is very long and does a great job. All the books and cran ya get washed and the tire cleaner does a great job to clean tires and rims and applies a tire shine. There are plenty of vacuum bays outside where you can tidy up the inside of the car. All the staff are super friendly. read more

Have been an unlimited customer since they opened. The good news is that they do a great job. The good and bad news is that that theyy take the time to do it right, cleaning out door jambs, wiping the entire exterior down, and vacuuming and cleaning the entire interior. The challenge is that if there are several cars jn front of you you will be there for a very long time. I try to go at off hours, or do just the exterior if it crowded. read more

I have a white car so unfortunately you can see the dirt right away. This car wash is very easy and cheap! Little did I know on Wednesday it's "Wacky Wednesday's" and there's a 5$ discount! So instead of paying $15 for premium car wash I only paid $10! The car wash was pretty cool and at the end you can vaccinate your car for free. I notice the guys in the beginning didn't scrub the grill of my car properly so I can still see a little dirt under it. That's why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. I live around the corner, and if you purchase the monthly plan you can wash your car all month as many times as you want for $15. That's a great deal! The machines do a fairly good job even at the lowest "basic" wash if you stop by regularly and keep the pollen under control and cleaned off. The staff is always friendly and polite. Yeah, like everyone else, I was impressed with the wash until we had a storm 5 hours after my car was washed. I went back less than 24 hours after getting their wash to see, like everyone else, they offer a rainy day gaurentee. Instead, I was told "the owners told us NOT to do that". And for that reason, I'm gonna go back to my old wash, and avoid this one altogether. I think its a joke that they have some post about "pollen" damaging your paint, but after a rainstorm blew that crap along with a bunch of tree shit on my car, they want me to pay for ANOTHER wash less than 24 hours later to protect my paint. Good location close by my house, I'll stop in on occasion. Folks do a fine job cleaning the car, but may take a bit long to get that extra grime off. Longer if you get the interior done. If you got extra time to kill, that's fine. But some days I got to stay on the move, fairly busy and can't always wait. Try to hit the slower days and they'll do a decent job in a timely manner. Staffs always been kind to me. Prices are low and service is top notch. Manager seems to keep everyone on task and I do appreciate the hard work. read more

I am a big fan! I was in a super hurry (and it was pretty much freezing outside anyways) and needed to get both my and Mom C's cars washed when I found Island Time. I was really hoping that the wash was as good as some other in South Florida that seemed similar and thankfully it was! They have a list of types of car washes and prices as you pull in. As I was looking on the list, trying not to be too cheap - Boom! I see a marker board sign that says, "Wash it Wednesday $10" Yesss!!! So the normally $15 wash was $5 off. This was great since I planned on washing two cars, so I went for it. I was happy to say that the wash was excellent for an auto wash joint. When you pull out of the wash there are also FREE vacuums, so you don't have to race against the clock or dig every last quarter out of your car seats to get the job done. I have a minivan van, so it does take me about three cycles to get the inside vacuumed out. I was stoked to get to use the free vacuums. Another super cool thing is that they have a monthly deal of $30 a month that includes the $15 wash deal. If I was a local I would definitely hit this up to save time and keep the van clean. read more

They do a fairly decent job, I wish they didn't make you drive your car through the wash. I think the people there are very nice and want to do a good job for you. However there is much room for improvement in the actual execution of the wash. I have come here several times and some times you will get a really good wash, other times i find multiple spots they miss. A few times I have had it washed they don't dry it very well and I have water spots all over the car. I have also had it washed were they don't wipe down the dash board of all the dust, and they haven't vacuumed very well. They need to have some type of quality check by someone who maybe is a supervisor or something before they hand keys back to the customer. This place could easily be 5-stars if they implemented a quality control. read more

We have been members of the monthly car wash for 2 vehicles for over 2 years now and it just keeps improving. Have yet to have an issue. The staff is very friendly. We miss Moe where did he go!!! If you have an hour to kill this is a decent car wash. Unfortunately, i have a life and dont like waiting 45 minutes for my car to be washed. During the wait it was obvious that the issue is not enough workers to wipe the cars down and finish the job once the cars come through the wash. They intentionally hold cars from the wash while the wipers finish the cars. For 'cris sakes. If your charging 33 bucks for a premium wash then hire enough people so your customers dont need to wait an hour. read more

What a disappointment. If you want to try these folks out, don't waste your money on anything more than a basic inside-outside wash. The pet service is a waste, and paying extra for deep cleaning the seats is a waste. Had to go behind these folks and clean the interior myself after I got home--even the dashboard still had spilled-soft drink residue (which came right off after I wiped it down with a wet cloth) and the steering column-dashboard area still had dust on it. I've gotten better car washes from high school fund raisers. Would have been much more efficient to just go through a Dailey's express wash, wipe down the interior with a wet nap, and hand-whisk the dirt out of the floor boards. read more

Pulled up and paid for a full wash. $27.00. Inside the wash looked good. Touching everything. Pulled around to the area to have it vacuum and wiped down inside. There is ONE guy working. This is mid day Saturday. I park at a vacuum and watch the one guy working taking his time while talking to the owner of the car he is working on. I roll down my window and ask what I need to do to get my car finished? He tells me "Someone will be with you." Another guy comes out and asks me for a receipt which I was not given. I tell him what I paid and the last four of my credit card. He goes way and comes back to start other vehicles. I pull up the transaction on my bank app. A while later they start my car. I am glad I did not "join the club" because I have no intentions on coming back to a car wash whete only two people work, the rest walk around ignoring paying customers. read more
