I'm in dire need of getting my ride "cleant UP" & today is one of those HOTTTTTTT Florida DAYSSSSS, I will not clean it myself as I've been doing since I've been here. When I wash my ride, I only get it hand washed, I don't patronize the drive thru ones. So I asked my barber if he knew of any thorough yet inexpensive auto hand washed spots and he recommended Joe's. So with it being S0000 H0T, I I figured today's the day. I left the barbershop & headed Downtown, got off on Main Street & proceeded in search of the carwash. I passed A few eateries, tire shops & every other business. I decided to turn around and head home. On my way back, I spot the detail lounge, so I pull up to the establishment & wait until my turn. In the parking lot, other cars are being serviced and you can tell this place is reputable. There's the pricelist located on the front wall of the carport. When it's my turn, I ask for A regular wash, with tire shine. The attendant vigorously detailed the outside, cleaned the windows, sprayed and armor all'd the tires. He took his time and fully completed the job in about 30 minutes. The boss man told me the price($25.00), I tipped the attendant, jumped in "Da runner" headed towards the highway, overall satisfied. It's A few more $$$$$ than in NYC, but it is what it is. I'm of the belief it's A Black owned business, so that too brings satisfaction. 3 3/4, so I'll give it 4 's read more

Joe's is simply the single best detailing experience I've ever had. Where to begin? Joe and his crew make you feel like family. They know their job, and deliver, and then some. We went in with an 2013 Kia Soul for detailing. We left with basically a new car. Seriously. These guys are insanely good. If I could give no stars I would. I got my suv serviced due to spilling coffee all over the inside. Boom they said 35 to detail and wash my sister took it to be taken care of while I was working, I get off and the vacuuming was subpar. It look like a toddler did the job, windows left dirty, trunk was not wiped down at all. Dried spray on my inside of my windshield like they didn't wipe it off after spraying. And get this coffee still on my seat and middle console. I go up after work and he acted like he couldn't remember detailing my car 4 hours prior, offered to rectify or HALF the money back. I then remove all things and now am waiting a second time. I kid you not when Joe rectified the situation he then began to argue I only paid 25 for a wash but couldn't provide receipts or his own records because when one was asked at the initial service he didn't have one . And with a 25 dollar wash(mind you surburbans mini vans suvs start at 35 according to his price list) he continues to say 25 does not include detailing. I asked "if I come in tell you I spilled coffee and need the car cleaned doesn't that imply a detail" after he attempted to Rectify it I still had to ask for a spray bottle and cloth and to finish what I pointed out to be fixed. My vehicle doesn't even have that freshly cleaned smell. As a female I feel scammed entirely. I didn't fight for the 35 back but I will now be paying a more reputable company to properly detail my car. Severely disappointed. read more
