They accused us of trying to upgrade our landscaping when we were just trying to get things cleaned up and restored to its previous state. They patch work is painfully obvious and they keep saying the materials need to "cure" and it will be less visible. That is not the case. The whole house is full of shortcuts and evidence of trades that cut corners just to get the job done quickly. The VP of warranty and quality assurance becomes unresponsive and ignores continuous emails. They do their best to get out of making you and your house whole despite all issues being traced back to poor craftsmanship/quality of work. These homes seem to be hastily and cheaply made but sold at a premium. I would avoid at all costs.

I decided to move forward just to get it over with -- only to face an even bigger issue afterward. They mailed my large check to the wrong address. I had to personally go, wait and retrieve the envelope, and when I informed them, they issued a stop-payment on the check without even asking whether I had already deposited it. Now I'm dealing with a banking mess. It's been 2 weeks since closing, I still haven't received the check we urgently need. I usually try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but the level of incompetence and lack of professionalism here was astonishing. She doesn't care about veterans or military/law enforcement. Buying a home is already stressful, and clear communication, honesty, and professionalism are extremely important. Unfortunately, that was not our experience her AT ALL. I don't recommend using this flashy mindless realtor. She also tried to threaten the open house and bribe me to not have the open house for me to pay more. If I could give her ZERO stars I would.
