The dentist at Jefferson was not comparable. She makes a conscious choice to be condescending and arrogant with a smile. Both crown attached with no issues, but because of me not having them replaced quickly enough, created some issues. She did little to no adjustments and acted as if I did not grasp what I was feeling in my mouth when I chewed. She listened to respond and dismissed my issues. I gave her 2 chances to be a professional and actually address my issues. Speaking to me in a condescending manner was not it. Not making the adjustments to ensure i was a satisfied customer shows her lack of regard for me as a patient and a person. I am going on a cruise and typing this from the ship. I went to her with the issues i had and she really made no adjustments. The teeth that are opposite of the crown needed to be adjusted. Something she did not want to do. She did however express to me that i will get used to it. This condescending manner more than anything angered me so much that i had to give this review. I will say that the office staff were excellent when I dealt with them. They were friendly, proficient and professional. They are the only reason I gave this office 2 stars. I was referred to Dr. Dull by my Boss who has been a patient of Dr. Dull's for over 20 years. First off, the parking is wonderful with quick access to his direct office. I was immediately greeted by Dana. She was very helpful and exceptionally friendly. Connie, was the BEST dental hygienist I've ever had! Gentle, patient, explained everything well and genuinely cared. She used a numbing gel to help the sensitivity while she cleaned my teeth. Then I met Dr. Dull and his assistant, Alaina (if I remember correctly). The assistant was very nice and explained things very well. Dr. Dull is great! He is very knowledgeable, explained the dental plan/procedure in detail so I could understand and truly took his time with me. The whole office has a very calm aura and very pleasant vibe. The office is clean and the location is great. I am so happy I finally found not only a terrific dentist, but also a great dental office staff. I didn't just feel like a name on a file folder there; I felt like a well-cared for individual patient. Truly happy with this experience and not one bit nervous about my next appointment. They asked me to just raise my hand if it is hurting. I asked them to dose it up because I was in a lot of pain and the dentist declined to give me extra. I always need extra and thought I made it clear that extra would be necessary. They asked me to come back for a day 2 and I asked for sedation. It turns out my insurance doesn't cover that, so it cost $250 more plus another charge for the dam they use to keep your mouth open. Dentist finished, stood up and walked out abruptly.
