Walking in, everything was clean and wide open. The racks of clean clothes fill the space behind the service desk. They're neatly arranged and sorted; it looks more like a department store of sorts than cleaners. They're neatly arranged have a small area partitioned off which appears to be a dressing room near a sign that states they offer alterations. The two women, sisters, who work the counter are both extremely friendly and pleasant. My first visit was dropping off a navy wool pea coat that I'd actually never had cleaned, but after spilling a large coffee on myself one day, it was pretty much forced. I've had two white dogs the whole time I've owned this coat, so let's just say it showed . When I picked it up, not only had they gotten all the coffee stains out, it looked better than brand new !!! I'll admit that I was worried about the paying upfront when I dropped off, but it was completely worth every penny!!! I'll be bringing more cleaning here very soon!

Unfortunately, this practice makes me feel devalued so I will not be returning. Korean business have enjoyed tremendous support within urban communities. I believe they should punish bad actors and not everyone who patronize their business; if in fact that is what they are doing!

I needed three washers, and between washing and drying, expect to spend around $10-$20 in quarters. The whole process took me about an hour, which wasn't bad at all. Service-wise, there wasn't an attendant on-site, but they do have a number posted on the door if you run into any issues. Just note that only one of the two coin machines was working, so it's smart to have a plan B or bring extra change with you. The ambiance was decent--well-lit and fairly calm--but the trash bins were overflowing and could use more frequent attention. There's also very limited seating, so you might want to wait in your car or take a short walk while your laundry runs. Lastly, there were only two laundry carts available, so if you don't bring your own, you might have to wait your turn. Overall, it's a functional, gets the job done, but it could use a little more upkeep and on-site support.

If he can be believed, the owner died and left him the laundromat (not sure he can be believed, but he certainly is ubiquitous at this location), even though he claims he is already independently wealthy (he is, after all, the real Bruce Willis -- the one in the tabloids is just his stand-in). I think the attendant lives there, since he maintains a chest filled with cheese, which he drops everywhere. The incessant chatter was just annoying, and I did my best not to engage. It only became scary when he pointed out the car that "they" gave him out of appreciation for his contributions to Richmond Heights (which his father founded, according to him). It was my car. At that point, I felt it was time to make a quick getaway before he noticed me driving off in his prize, so I had to schlepp everything in one trip and make a beeline. Fortunately I only pack away the winter linens once a year. Maybe by the time I need to go again, he'll have gone back to Hollywood.

Their website AND Google listing said they were open on Saturdays. Lo and behold, he gets there Saturday morning at 10am sharp, and they are closed. Multiple other people arrived to drop off clothes because they were also under the impression that they were open. My husband ended up having to go to three suit stores to try to find a similar suit (he was a groomsman) and spent $350 on a new suit. The suit did not match perfectly and he looks out of place in the wedding photos. He also missed the groomsmen lunch. It was an extremely stressful morning to say the least. I also looked at the reviews, and the owner was aware that the site is incorrect and didn't bother to change it! It has been a month since this occurred, and the hours are still not updated. We contacted the store, and they said that the hours are correct on desktop, but not on mobile devices. I would say that the majority of people looking into the hours for a store are probably doing so on their phone. We requested a reimbursement for the suit and they declined. Horrible, horrible service, especially considering they knew their hours were misrepresented before this even happened to us and they had an opportunity to correct them. So on a Friday evening I was at the Delmar Loop Laundry for a second time over three to four years. Surface parking can be challenging. There are a few businesses in the strip including a Mexican restaurant. I found the lot clean as was the walk up to the door. Shockingly they were very busy and the place is huge! However it's all relative as a staff person told me this was not busy. So maybe Friday was a good time. You can bring your own detergent, softener and dryer sheets. However, if you need to purchase they offer machines with supplies. They also offer drink and snack vending. I believe there were also TV's. As well as easy to jump on WiFi with no password required. I found the only staff on premises very friendly and helpful. I needed the helpful part. She turned me onto the Dexter Pay App to pay. It was very easy to use and sends notifications on Washing status if you need to step away. The dry is included. Overall I found it to be a super value for their services. Both of my machines worked flawlessly. Delmar Loop can wash and fold your laundry and charge by the pound. Great experience and would return and recommend.
