They had hand sanitizer at every entrance. I checked in right away. The staff was super friendly. I was called into a room immediately. The LPN was very polite and professional. He took my vitals, listened to my concerns and just as he was finishing up, the NURSE PRACTITIONER, Nikki came in. She reviewed my chart, asked questions, looked at me and addresses all my concerns. She was extremely friendly and professional. She gave me prescriptions and I was on my way. Very clean. Extremely friendly and personally staff. Quick service. I wish urgent cares in LA were this nice. Thank you. A+

It was requested that I bend my knee and when I tried to do this there were a lot of pain involved in making the movements. The nurse started in with what I perceived as a attitude that I was wasting the nurses time. Then the nurse proceeded to role her eyes and treat me as though I was inconveniencing her. I had X-Ray and received some medicine. My belief is that Nurses are God sent and maybe she had a bad. Perhaps she may like to find a different profession if she doesn't want to deal with patients.

I have never had a hearing aid until now. About 2 years ago my hearing in my good ear starting declining. I decided it was time, I checked several places but Advanced Hearing had much more knowledgeable people and I was very impressed with their product. I have the pride model with the remote and Bluetooth capability. I have heard things I didn't even know about. The refrigerator chiming when ice/water is selected, the micro wave beeping when it is done, I can understand words of songs which I was truly missing, but the best thing is I can have a conversation with my wife, grand kids and friends. I don't have to have them repeat something 3 or 4 times and then finally say ok when I really didn't understand them. My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner. More than satisfied Robert Pigg
