    I booked pro steam for my couch with three cushions. On the website it says $109 but under it in…read moresmaller print it states "starting at $109" the technician told me that the $109 price would apply to a new couch that you would want santitized. My couch is not very soiled and from the get go he quoted me $150 plus $10 per cushion. Never even mentioned the $109 price. This was when they arrived for the job after I had waited the window from 10 am to 1 and it was 12:45pm. In my opinion someone should go over some general pricing when they call to confirm the appointment. They did not do the cleaning of my couch as I felt taken advantage of. Let me be clear the technician was very nice and understanding and apologetic. I then called and spoke to a manager which was when it got worse. The manager from the beginning of the conversation was argumentative and justifying the wording and pricing every which way he could. I told him i was mad that I waited the 10-1 window only to not actually get the couch cleaned because it was going to be an extra $70 over what I had thought. I told the manager I was going to leave a bad review and his response was "go ahead and leave a bad review I'll write right back to it". At this point he was yelling at me and I proceeded in a raised voice to point out that his customer service was not good. At this point he started justifying his reactions. I hung up as clearly I was not going to get anywhere with him. Never did he apologize or try to make anything right about the situation. Don't use them. It clearly is not what it seems on their website and gosh I would hate to have to deal with them if they happen to ruin any of the items they clean. No doubt they would not take responsibility for it.
