I arranged a consultation over the phone 2 weeks ago and was looking forward to attending this appointment today. just a few hours before leaving for my visit, I got a call from the receptionist saying if I didn't pre-pay my consultation visit within one hour they would have to cancel my visit. For a $50 fee that was never mentioned and would have been no problem if handled properly, this company lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. So unprofessional. They need lessons in customer service desperately.

I had done a lot of research on med spas in the area and felt like Azul and Dr. Flaherty was a good fit. He had also come highly recommended by a good friend and neighbor who had been going to Azul for over 10 years for treatment. During the consultation, Dr. Flaherty showed me what he could do to make my eyes brighter, and give my face and neck a more youthful appearance. My husband was in awe! He is a really hard sell and he felt very comfortable with Dr. Flaherty and the entire staff at Azul within minutes. My husband told me to told me to go for it and I am so happy I did!! I have had neighbors tell me that I look so rested and refreshed and I look at least 20 years younger than my 69 years. Boy, is that great to hear, and they still don't know that I had a facelift!! One neighbor last night told me I looked great and asked me what had on my face....I told her I had new makeup!! The results are so good that my granddaughter asked me if I had a filter on my phone when I called her on Thanksgiving. She asked because she said I look so "glowy"! Do not hesitate to call Azul, you will be treated with the utmost care by all the staff, there is never any pressure and you will be very happy with result. Now, this trip wasn't for me but it was for my boyfriends 40th BDay so I wanted it to be good but not as good as what I may expect. I was very skeptical when I drove up and it looked to be a 80's office building and I thought this NOT going to be good. Was I surprised when I got until their suite! It was a total spa experience!!! The suite looked and felt like a spa, the therapists were amazing and the experience was an par! I will say that if you say "firm touch" be expecting just that! It was borderline sports massage but I apparently needed it because I am still sore today I will be coming here again and highly recommended if in the area or if you live here.
