I was very skeptical when I drove up and it looked to be a 80's office building and I thought this NOT going to be good. Was I surprised when I got until their suite! It was a total spa experience!!! The suite looked and felt like a spa, the therapists were amazing and the experience was an par! I will say that if you say "firm touch" be expecting just that! For a $50 fee that was never mentioned and would have been no problem if handled properly, this company lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. So unprofessional. They need lessons in customer service desperately.
