Visiting from ATL and what a shock! I found the place via Yelp reviews so thought is must be okay. Now, this trip wasn't for me but it was for my boyfriends 40th BDay so I wanted it to be good but not as good as what I may expect. I was very skeptical when I drove up and it looked to be a 80's office building and I thought this NOT going to be good. Was I surprised when I got until their suite! It was a total spa experience!!! The suite looked and felt like a spa, the therapists were amazing and the experience was an par! I will say that if you say "firm touch" be expecting just that! It was borderline sports massage but I apparently needed it because I am still sore today I will be coming here again and highly recommended if in the area or if you live here. read more

My husband and I had 2 hour deep tissue massage from Amy and Ashley. It was sensational. They are thoughtful and professional. The services were amount the best we've had. I got in at the last minute. The owner, Cheryl, did my hour massage and it was excellent. She is very experienced and found all my tight spots right away. She was a trooper and manipulated those muscles until they surrendered. The salon is lovely inside. It has all the usual spa amenities. It was very comfortable in the waiting area. My room was close to the reception and we could hear the phone ringing. I got to see the couples massage room...FANTASTIC! If I could only talk my husband into a massage! There was parking close by the building and the view out all the windows of the salon is of the water! Wonderful! The price was very reasonable. With her level of experience I would have expected it to be higher. And sadly, I have paid more for less thorough and less positive resultant massages! One downside only is that the bathrooms are common and shared with the other tenants on that floor, though they were just next door if you needed them. read more

This review is long overdue. I was in town visiting my mother in Fort Myers. She had recently been going through a stressful time, so I suggested we go get massages together after brunch. I hadn't lived in Fort Myers for years, so I wasn't too familiar with where we should go. I found White Orchid Spa on Yelp and was able to make appointments for the both of us later that day. The spa was quiet, serene, and the attention and care was great. I have terrible knots in my shoulders from daily computer use and she was really able to target my problem areas. I was recently on vacation in Fort Myers and was in desperate need of a good massage. Since I was not a local, finding a good place was a shot in the dark. Thankfully I found White Orchid Spa. Cheryl, the owner, was kind enough to fit me in with short notice, and I'm so glad that she did. I am working through Fibromyalgia and am also "in between" back surgeries. Pain is a part of my daily life and I had simply hoped for a short 90 minute respite during my massage. I got that and so much more. I had a wonderful session with Cheryl. She really listened to what was going on with my body and was able to tailor it to my needs. She incorporated energy work and visualization into my massage, which I needed as much as her healing touch. She is incredibly intuitive and has a genuinely loving spirit. Those 90 minutes were bliss on so many levels. The spa atmosphere is soothing and it feels like you've stepped into a serene little oasis. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality of service - another sign that Cheryl is doing this as a calling, not for the money. On vacation I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a couples massage. We arrived to the remodeled office space which was beautiful and relaxing. We were greeted with champagne, strawberries, chocolate truffles and water. Those little touches were not expected but made the experience so much more exciting. Both of our masseuses were lovely. My boyfriend said that Chrystyanne did a fabulous job working knots out of his shoulders. I loved loved loved my head and hands being massaged. Cheryl was fabulous even with my sunburn. Such great massage (mine deep tissue, my friend more "Swedish") BUT what a hideous location. My muscle knots were vigorously worked; my friend found her incessant headache and foot pain banished. Loved the Himalayan Salt Room. BUT ignore the instruction and take a deep mouth breath once that mist gets flowing! The taste is salty but not like any other salt you've tasted. I'd never had a facial before and Marie was wonderful. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. This is a wonderful place to go for a massage if you are in Fort Myers. The spa is housed in what looks like a former office building on the river. From the outside you don't know what to expect, but once you enter the spa the energy is wonderful. The dark floors and red textured carpet provide a warm contrast to the view of the river that spans the length of the wall. I really like the vibe of this place! There are views of the river from each treatment room, which is an added bonus. I love to get a massage while I'm on vacation. I was there for an hour long massage. It was morning, so the temperature was reasonable. When I slipped under the covers of the massage table I was delighted to find a heated table--I love that! Cheryl was my massage therapist and she was truly amazing. She really understands the muscles of the body and was able help me release any stress that I was storing. Had an amazing time!! We went for a couple massage, the room was decorated perfectly to set the mood for relaxing with a great view of the ocean. The massage was to die for, they were always making sure that it was the right amount of pressure and worked on our problem areas.
