I was in a dilemma and needed some bodywork done on my vehicle but was unsure of exactly what all…read morework would actually need to be done so I made a post on yelp looking for a shop to do the repairs. Boltz Automotive read my post and reached out to me letting me know what time and day they would be available to look at my vehicle and do a diagnostic on my vehicle for $150 and let me know exactly what work needed to be done and the $150 would go towards the repairs if I decided to have service completed through them. I would say within 24 hours of making the appointment for the diagnostic to be performed on my car and actually bringing it into the shop to be serviced. My car was complete and ready to drive again. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. The staff at the shop is also all very friendly. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend the shop to everyone with any car issues. The price I paid was amazing and I'm a super happy customer.

He worked with me and my insurance to ensure that I was getting all necessary repairs. After much research I ordered my sport springs and wanted to have them professionally installed. Unfortunately because I bought my own parts, most shops wouldn't work with me or priced it way beyond the time it should take. Not here, these guys are true professionals, billed me straight time, got me in first thing next day, and took the time to make sure I was happy with the finished product. The customer service sucks and any positive expectation you'd have throw it out the window. I took my SRT Durango here to get fixed after it had just been stolen and recovered. I called in advance to make sure they had room for my car to be fixed they agreed so I had it towed there. Knowing the car had just been stolen,had a back broken window,unlocked doors, and torn out dash...they decided it was a bright idea to keep it parked on a main road for everyone to see. My car then got stolen AGAIN while in the hands of the body shop. To make things worse I didn't find out until 24hrs after it got stolen. They didn't contact me,my insurance who they spoke to the day it was stolen,or the police. They will blame you on the car being stolen and lie about everything. If you have a nice car do not take it here they aren't capable of protecting it or even fixing it. Oh plus their cameras don't work either :) As your replay states you didn't have a key which you were told about when you called me to say my car was dropped off in your lot. Therefore acknowledging the car was in your possession. You didn't have a problem with the key not working or the tow truck dropping it off the day you called me to confirm I was the owner. Your lack of communication,empathy and professionalism is horrendous. Saying because we are leaving reviews is bullying is so insane when your shop has tried to gaslight me and bold face lie about everything during this situation. I seriously hope you change your procedures and customer service, considering I'm not the only one with a horrible experience.

I took my tailgate ambulance (2002) to get some front fender work because the passenger door pushed…read morethe front fender in about 3/4 of an inch when it was opened. The 2 guys in the office came out to look at it and quickly called someone from the back shop to see what he could do. The shop guy brought a pry bar & some sort of a puller slide tool. He worked on it about 10 minutes and was able to do a good alignment job. Another shop guy was offering to bring out some touch up paint as some of the paint chipped. They did not charge me for the work done even though I never had any work done there in the past. However, I did give the shop guy a tip (none was solicited.) To me, this indicates this place is not out to maximize the possible $s it can get from customers. I will certainly bring any future work I need to them and their care care facility next door to the body shop.

I brought my truck here to fix multiple things because they were recommended by a friend. They…read morefixed my hood which was beautiful work besides ordering the wrong color letters and actually putting them on the vehicle without giving me a call first to confirm (he said he was confused why they didn't match the letters on the back of the vehicle when I complained I wanted them changed). They tried to half ass the bumper and paint over my scratches thinking I wouldn't notice but I did. So they needed to keep my vehicle longer for this. They replaced my windshield that was caused by an accident and while replacing it they ripped my leather on the inside that hold the windshield and touched my suede ceiling with glue on their hands. All things that could have been avoided if they didn't do half ass jobs or more attention to detail. They claim to call you back but never do with updates. They shove tools in places they don't belong to get the job done quicker! I could not recommend more to avoid this body shop! Everytime I returned my vehicle to get refixed I left with another problem. Still have issues till this day but I refuse to return. Go there if you want original pieces destroyed and to return atleast once a week.
