You enter through a side door on western that's kind of hidden so it can seem scary but, when you walk through the door you are greeted with a friendly smile. I walked in and told them I needed a estimate for car damage. Dean said sure I'll come out with you. He walked with me to where the car was and gave me a rough estimate. If you want a detailed printed report they charge you $20.00 but that is reimbursed if you decide to take your car there. They answered all my questions in a timely manner, was always greeted with a smile, and my car looked amazing. They practically detailed it from the inside as well. So not only was my car fixed from the damages outside it was washed and cleaned from the inside. They went above and beyond my expectations. This body shop is family owned/ran by them. The person that hit my car didn't have insurance so they were very helpful with my case. They gave me advice on what to do and I was able to get my damages paid by the person who hit me. This is the place to go and worth the drive if you are not in the city!

I confirmed a second time on pricing and he says $30-$40. I come back the third time and he finally puts a mechanic to work on my car. After the job was complete, the owner asks me the price we agreed on and I told him $30. He goes into a crazy tantrum saying how he would never accept the job for so low and tried to charge me $80. I argued back saying how he told me twice $30 and we settled on $40 cash only. There was faulty airbag sensor found during the dent job, but after this experience, I decided to not continue with their services. The mechanic did a good job, but I would not come back.

I was referred elsewhere by my insurance and just felt I should stop and see what Mark or Eric had to say about my vehicle damage and repairs. Eric was managing my repairs and expeditiously provided a thorough estimate providing it to my claims representative. He looked up the spoiler and told me it would be an easy install because it uses adhesive to bond the spoiler to the trunk. The price he quoted me to install was very reasonable. After Driving off my dash lights up like a christmas tree. Check Abs, check brakes, power steering, plus a few others. All these lights came on at the same time. This had NEVER happened before and just so happened to start RIGHT after they did the work. I brought it back immediately. Wayne's guy in the garage proceeds to gaslight me and say these lights have NOTHING to do with the work that they did and that it was a computer issue. Lies. These lights have lit up my dash for months. They come and go. Another mechanic verified that this was the result of poor work when changing my brakes and now it is really expensive to fix. And now that the sensor for my abs is messed up, getting other work done on my car triggers more related sensors. Now tmps is going nuts as well. My car had ZERO computer issues and ZERO abs issues before theh did my brakes this last time. They should be responsible for these repairs! But they proved to be dishonest! If you make a mistake, OWN UP TO IT! I can respect that and have been loyal for years. Wayne is great but the guys in the garage really screwed me this time and tried to make it seem like they didn't. For this I will NEVER patronize them again and don't recommend that anyone else do.
