I would give them a zero if I could, this is the 2nd time they screw us over. We took the car because they are preferred vendor for state farm. The first time they left our car messed up, this last time they only fixed the body, never drove it after fixing it! they they tried to deny the internal damage was from the accident (horrible) literally endangered my daughter's life since the struts, the tire rode were broken, and the did a "post diagnostic" to make themselves feel better, don't go in there as a woman because they talk down to you as if you do not know when you are talking about, even though your car was perfectly fine internally and body wise! it is maddening how disrespectful, and demeaning they are. The owner would not even let me speak, acknowledged they never drove the car after "they fixed it" and then still would not acknowledge their mistake... was too busy being a misogynistic jerk! hiring an attorney for sure, because they don't care about their customers, they just care about getting their money! we are done with this crappy shop! No wonder the employees are such aholes they're trained by the owner! Ron himself! Mind you he tried to call me to apologize once he saw my review and tried to more or less acknowledge that he was wrong! no thank you read more

My husband and I have been working with Ron and his knowledgeable, kind and welcoming staff for several years. I am so grateful for Ron and Becky for their generosity over the years. I was involved in a car accident with my toddler son and was a very traumatic time for my family and I. A tow truck was sent immediately and took my car and belongings back to Ron's shop for safe keeping until the extent of the damage was determined. This task was completed swiftly. I have been working with Becky, lead specialist in the front office, for several years. Becky is welcoming, warm and extremely helpful with any needs I would have. They didn't properly do a whole repair job my car needed, only fixed cosmetically knowing it also had mechanical issues, put me through limbo insurance because they refused to fix their own mistake and own up to it, overall wouldn't recommend and would not trust them for these kind of situations when it comes to accident coverage repairs read more

I have been to this shop before with my 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo. I liked their work and Ron, the owner, seemed very nice. In May of 2020 I was in a rear end motor vehicle accident. I took my Monte Carlo back to this shop and spoke with Ron again. After another shop declined to help me, I drove back to Ron. After 3 weeks of waiting to see him, including arriving there for one appointment only to be told that Ron wasn't available, I finally saw him again. He said he remembered my vehicle and would look for parts. Ultimately, he said he would take the job and call me when I could come and drop it off. After 4 weeks of waiting, with me calling once a week to check for myself when I could drop it off, I was finally told by a receptionist that Ron refused to take my job. She said he couldn't find parts and wouldn't be able to fix it. When I asked to speak to Ron myself, he refused to even get on the phone with me. My vehicle means a lot to me, it was the last car my Dad ever sat in before I lost him. I don't have a lot of money but I was willing to do whatever it took to fix it. Even going through cancer treatments, this vehicle was a high priority. Ron blew me off completely and his receptionists did as well. My car is as good as new now thanks to Ed and the wonderful crew at Summit Auto Body. They found parts and put it back together. It looks fantastic. Summit Auto Body stepped in and stepped up. I have never been more happy to write a review on a business. I took my wifes motorcycle in to be painted pink. They did the most outstanding job on painting it pink and black, then sent out the tank and fenders to be pin stripped. When my wife saw the bike she was ecstatic. They nailed the pink color she wanted and the paint job is flawless. The owner Ron is an absolute pleasure to do business with and truly appreciates your business. I recommend this shop to everyone. I had a good vibe about this place so I instructed my insurance to contact them for my claim. I am glad that I followed my intuition. They contacted me the same day and we made arrangements to tow my car to their facility. A week later, my auto was good-as-new. They left the damaged areas looking great. Had a scary bridge ice wipeout with a four-month-old truck. We had a good experience with them before through State Farm, so went back to them. At first they thought it was fixable; the next day, it was declared a total loss. They took the cap off the back of the truck (also brand new), held it for us, and put it on the new truck when we got it - and didn't charge us. We were rear ended and State Farm provided this business as one of our options in the area in order to get our car fixed. The receptionist was the sweetest! She answered all of my questions and was just as nice when my boyfriend went in person for the initial inspection and to just check the place out to make sure it looked professional. They completed the inspection and we dropped the car off on the day they would be available to make the repairs. Repairs were made, they contacted us to let us know and when I arrived, Ron went over the invoice to explain what would be charged to the insurance and physically took me out to the car to show me on the car as well. Since my car is a lease and not even a year old, I was nervous about making sure everything was done correctly (No one ever wants to turn in a car once their lease is up and have surprises about things the dealership finds due to a car accident that wasn't even your fault). Suggested to me by a friend, I went here instead of a shop my insurance suggested. Took a month to get my car back and the paint started bubbling less than 6 months later. Got them to fix it and again in just a couple months it is bubbling worse than before. Stay away. read more
