I was involved in what seemed like a fender bender. But of course wanted to make sure everything was good. Through state farm I picked Complete Collision and couldn't have been happier. Could've gone somewhere closer to home but I based it off of reviews. From the time we brought it in for a quick estimate to the time we were able to pick it up after work was completed, they kept us up-to-date. I seriously thought I had a brand new car rather the 2010 Chrysler town and country I brought in. If I could give zero stars at this point, I would. The owner of this place is a short guy that talks loud and over talks you when you try to speak. I'm sure he has Napoleon syndrome! LMAO! Had the nerve to tell me to shut up and hung up the phone. I went to the location and experienced the same behavior.... I will not be taking my car back for the work they did not complete. I would suggest that any one reading this avoids this place like the plague as they do not do good business.... The only person that was professional was the Manger .... Not sure what her name is... she was cool. There's a guy named Jim who just does not have a clue... didn't even come out to the car to inspect it when I picked it up. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Complete Collision did an amazing job on my bumper repair. From the moment I called two weeks ago, to picking my car up, their customer service was on point! They ordered my bumper and told me to drop my car off Thursday morning. My car was ready by 2 pm the SAME DAY!! On top of that, they cleaned the inside of my car and I felt like I had a brand new car. Overall, I was highly impressed with their service and workmanship and I felt their prices were appropriate. The other reviews say it all- this place does quality work. My daughter had a tree fall on her car and I wasn't sure where to bring it. State Farm gave me a list of shops and after doing my yelp research Complete collision won. If you're anal about body lines, oem parts, color matching, etc (like I am) I would recommend you bring your car here. Went to them with my Jeep to have some front repairs and repairs minor let me say it was around Christmas time it was very timely which was understood when the car was done the paint job was perfect but the back bumper was not a line to wear my back door could open properly they said that was not their fault so my insurance company then told him that they had to put on a factory bumper not an aftermarket which then solve the problem but the back door still didn't open properly so they sent us tohave it looked at at our dealership and they couldn't pinpoint the problem either so after a lot of issues and very time consuming things the owner of the company finally said I'm done with this car I'm not doing anymore with it so I was then left with a back door that didn't work thank God my insurance company decided to just bring it to some other place to get fixed which they fixed within a day just thought that giving up was not the answer and was not very happy with the service after that read more
