I called Tinley Auto Repair wednesday at around 5 pm and they informed me the key was mislabeled as a toyota, when it is a subaru, and that caused confusion. I was understanding about that, and asked about having my key delivered to the body shop. I was told that they would contact my bodyshop and have the key delivered. I visited my bodyshop thursday at around 10 am and was told that Tinley Auto Repair did not contact them yet. i called Tinley Auto Repair and was told that "We are a small shop, and we only have 5 people working here, i dont know when the key can be delivered" to which i understand that, but i was informed my key would be delivered the day by them, and that they were going to contact my bodyshop. she took my number down and told me she would call me back. I called back at 11:30 and gave my name and asked "i am just trying to figure out whats going on" to which the response was "uh, with what?" i asked "when my keys will be delivered" and i was put on hold, and then she came back and explained the situation from the beginning, which she had already explained to me. I asked when my key would be delivered, and she told me "can you stop? i dont know anything about this, i was just informed of this, this morning" when that is not true, i had called the day before and spoke with her and was told my keys would be delivered for me. she rudely told me the keys would be delivered and then hung up, i called my bodyshop and was informed that Tinley Auto Repair was asking them to come pick up my keys, and now suddenly they are a 4 man shop not a 5 man shop?? also they called my bodyshop AFTER i called them at 10 am. i called again at around 2 to confirm my keys were delivered, and i was told yes and then hung up on. thursday, i left a google review stating my experience and the rude customer service. the company responded, with what i feel is a dishonest response. I do appreciate you taking the time to explain how my keys were mislabeled, and that its not your fault! because you know of course its not your fault. but to say that you guys handled everything yourself, and that my bodyshop appreciated you in this is craaaazzzyyyy. and nothing addressing that attitude on the phone.... so if you value any form of customer service or trust, do not come here! or dont get into an accident in tinley park :)

I know it's long but please read don't want this happening to anyone else!!!!!!!…read more Here is my experience with final touch collision I was recommended to them don't get me wrong they have good work but from my experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to them I dropped my car off March 12th, 2024 and got a rental the same day the young lady who damaged my car her insurance was paying to get my car fixed and paying for the rental 2 weeks goes by and I decided to call to see were there any updates which was April 5th @ 10:39am and I was told that it was more damage found and it's hard finding parts he called American family the same day and let them know it was more damaged to my car fast forward April 12th American family reached due to me being at work they left a voicemail and stating that they have been trying to get contact with the collision shop about the finding of the additional damage no supplemental was sent and no answer they was unable to extend my rental beyond April 5th because they needed that information they were trying their best to avoid me getting charged for the rental and they were calling me because they couldn't get in contact with the collision shop on April 12th I've called multiple times no answer I had someone to call and finally got a answer and I explained to them what was going on my response was they just spoke to American family not too long ago on April 15th I've called final touch collision I even sent out a text to his personal number left voicemails as well no contact at this point it's April 16th enterprise general manager is calling me telling me to bring the car back I explained to home what was going on I can't get in contact with the shop April 16th come I decided to go to the collision shop around 12:30pm I made it there and his daughter was outside sitting down enjoying the nice weather she began to help me I saw her dad he look in bad shape he had a bruise on his back and a knee brace on I explained to his daughter while he was standing their in pain what was going on and to call American family in front and let them know you'll be sending the supplement over she told them she would send it within 3 hours I told her to send me a confirmation and call me to let me know you sent it no update by 5:06pm I called before they closed and she didn't do what she said she was going to do the 17th came the general manager from enterprise went by the collision shop and he said the owner didn't look in good shape he told me to come back Thursday .... Thursday came and the general manager from enterprise went by just to see that they were closed and still not answering the phone ! I was highly upset and fighting to not give the rental back and not pay out of pocket for it that same day April 18th I found the owner fb page so I tried calling from there and even send a message I also found a few family members with his last name and let them know that I couldn't get in contact with him and my car is at his shop tell him to give me a call with my number April 19th came and I still tried calling no answer so I left work at 10:30am got to the collision shop at 11:04am just to see the gates closed again the guy that opens and closes the gates was there I spoken to him and even explained to him what was going on he even tried calling from his phone no answer so I told him that I was going to file a police report which I did !!! Made it back to work at 1pm at 1:36pm enterprise called me and I immediately said he's not at the shop he responded yes he is and he sent the supplement over you're all good Wednesday April 24th at 5:47pm American Family called and stated that a supplement was sent over but they more documentation and they couldn't get in contact with the collision shop once again now it April 25th I called final touch collision it took many phone calls to get in touch with him however he answered and explained what the last insurance had told me he said he would get it taken care of so I waited a hour no longer because it shouldn't take that long so I called my adjuster to see if the additional documentation was sent over and she stated no so I called final touch collision back and told them it's no way American family is calling me because they can't get in contact with you and it no way enterprise should be calling as well because you're not doing your job on your end he told me to be nice to him I told him not I'm done being nice and he proceeds to ask me did I reach out to his family I stated yes I did because I couldn't get in contact with you he hung up the phone on me !!!! April 26th I personally sent a police officer to the collision shop to tell him to pull my car out so I can get it towed out of there and take it somewhere else the new collision shop wanted pictures of what the car look like at the moment before taking it I called and asked can the pictures be sent he told me no he's not doing it which was fine at that point because I no longer wanted any services

Read the following for more info: A couple months ago, I brought my brand new car to Dan at Chi-South Customs 25885 S Ridgeland Ave #4, Monee, IL 60449 to paint an Italian stripe on the front, fix one scratch on front drivers fender, and color match the silver trim around side windows and a couple other spots on car. Three weeks later I picked up my car and paid in full. The next day I called Dan since I saw several issues with the vehicle. We went over every part of what he did wrong on my car. He gave me $2000. back. Could still see scratch on fender, the stripe is wavy, bled into the black, a scratch out of the white by emblem that he didn't even take off to paint. Painted all silver trim on car with out taking it off and didn't prep correctly. Passenger side $2000 in damage, head light has a 3 in. scratch. Front grill that wasn't painted has a 2in. scratch and over spray on it. All rubber around windows has paint on it. Red, white, and green over spray on sunroof. Over spray on other parts of car and windows. Damaged the front clip and hood with out fixing lines and wet sanded and buffed only parts of it. Buffing compound in a lot of spots he didn't clean. Now I have over $10,000 in damage I have to put out now to get it fixed. Dan said his insurance won't take care of it and he has no money. I told him to at least make payments and no response. Sorry to say he's not a man of his word.

When we went to the window and pushed the buzzer, a young lady came to the window. My daughter explained why she was there and the young lady asked for her driver's license and the ISP Tow Report. My daughter gave them both to her. Then, it was discovered that the trooper mistakenly put my daughter's grandmother as the registered owner when she is not. That caused an issue which I can understand. So we went back to my car and my daughter called the police department, explained what happened and we waited for at least a couple of hours for the officer to arrive. He cleared things up and told the folks at RB's the car could be released. Then, my daughter was told by a second woman claiming to be the "manager" that she needed a second form of identification. My daughter got back to the car upset and told me what happened. That upset me because there was no mention of a second form of identification from the first woman. The officer cleared the release because that was all they said they needed, and suddenly once that happened they needed a second form of identification which by the way my daughter did not have. My daughter went through hell the night before, her vehicle was taken from her and wound up in one of the worst tow yards ever!!! She's lucky to have her life, let alone her license. No where does it say you need two forms of identification; a driver's license is required. I took photos of every sign they have, and the website is lacking tow information which is not surprising. These folks are trying to hustle us and I am livid!!! I call it as I see it and I call BS!! It's Friday and the vehicle will likely stay at least one day (one day too many) and these people are SCAMMING!!! I am a manager and that's not how you conduct business at all. You collect money honestly and with integrity and treat people fair. The second woman was smug, condescending and a con artist playing "manager". People are already at their mercy because they have the vehicle but they really want to take it a step further by robbing you of your hard earned money. If your car is towed there, you don't have control of that. But, I warn you not to use any other service because their integrity is shoddy. They deserve ZERO stars. They need to be and will be reported.

I unfortunately had my vehicle stolen from where I live at and due to the proximity from the Police…read morestation to this tow yard, this is where my vehicle was taken to and if I can recommend anything to anyone, it's not to use this tow yard if you have any issues with your vehicle or if you have a say so in the matter. To start off, my vehicle was stolen sometime in the early hours of Sunday morning (from what the police said) and found in Markham at a random address and was taken to this tow yard and when I arrived to the yard with my police report in hand, I was told I wasn't allowed to even see my car, nor retrieve any items out of it unless I paid the initial $300 tow fee. Excuse me, what? Typically, at least in the city of Chicago, if your car is stolen and found and brought to a tow yard, you're able to retrieve your vehicle at no cost to the owner since it was STOLEN. Not only was I not allowed to see my cars condition without paying that fee, but I had to pay an additional $160 for the storage fee of a day and maybe a few hours, plus for someone to assist with me retrieving my vehicle OUT of the tow yard. However, I actually physically drove my own vehicle out of the tow yard on my own. The only thing that I can say was "pleasant," was the guy gave me a small USB cord to start my car to drive it out, but even then, nobody drove it out for me and I wanted to know what condition my vehicle was in prior to paying the fee, because if it wasn't drivable or anything, why would I pay $300 just to look at it and grab my items from my trunk and such? That didn't make any sense to me and I felt like the guy thought I was this sorry girl who didn't have a clue, but news flash, I'm not an idiot and I could tell I was being scammed. Also, how dare you charge someone to retrieve their vehicle after it was stolen and ripped to shreds. That is HORRIBLE business and I never wish this upon anyone. Even after everything I was dealing with because of this ordeal, I was kind and courteous to the workers and they still charged me a total of $460 + $10 in service fees for using a debit card. Disgusting.
