He uses pain cream and light massage prior to adjusting your spine. I was extremely relaxed and my back moved more than it has in YEARS. From the moment I walked in all the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The facility is spotlessly clean and well equipped for any type of PT or OT someone would need. I had the pleasure and privilege to work with William Lucas who was the consummate professional; kind, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. He pushed me to reach my capabilities and it paid off tremendously. I came in for my first appointment right after surgery in a walker with so much pain I could hardly walk. I left today, 7 weeks later, able to walk nearly pain-free and able to do things I have not been able to do before my knee was replaced.
