I called Dr. Gatto's office hoping I might be able to get a last minute appointment (I had also never been there before) and heard good things from my boss about his office. They decided to stay open later than their times to be able to accommodate me. They were warm and friendly and Dr. Gatto was compassionate and understanding with all of my complaints. Chiropractors kinda scare me, what with all those pops and snaps, but he was calm and helped distract me with lots of conversation while he sorted out my neck, AND back, AND hips. I didn't realize there was so much wrong with me until he started realigning. I walked out feeling 150% better than I did walking in. I'll still need a follow up appointment but he was also VERY accommodating towards my work schedule and offered to see me early before his office hours so I wouldn't miss any time from work. No willingness to work with my plan or even a cash-payment option (which I've done before with chiropractors when I didn't have great insurance), and not the slightest concern of what my condition was. Also, I didn't expect to hear swearing from a practitioner within my first 2 minutes of introducing myself. I feel like that's Baseline Professionalism 101. I'm giving it 2 stars only because I haven't actually gotten chiropractic care from them, and I'm not one to blast a business without the full experience. For all I know, they have the magic touch and are miracle healers. However, first impressions mean a lot, and the pretentious attitude from the staff I spoke with suggests that they're interested in easy money over helping people in pain. My guess is they probably have a baseline of patients and don't feel like dealing with the new intake process very much. Either way, its not really worth it when there's plenty of good chiropractors around here.

He has an abundance amount of equipment to help you to a speedy recovery and he knows - he really knows his business. Most insurances are accepted and the entire staff here is very polite and courteous. You make an appointment and you are seen at that time - not 15 - 20 minutes later. Parking can be a pain, because the location is right on main - so you might want to bring some coins for the parking meters. I also learned the proper use of my inversion table at Doctor Roots - of course I didn't read all the directions, but once he told me how to use it - I've gotten my money out of the one I have at home.
