From the moment I walked in all the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The facility is spotlessly clean and well equipped for any type of PT or OT someone would need. I had the pleasure and privilege to work with William Lucas who was the consummate professional; kind, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. He pushed me to reach my capabilities and it paid off tremendously. I came in for my first appointment right after surgery in a walker with so much pain I could hardly walk. I left today, 7 weeks later, able to walk nearly pain-free and able to do things I have not been able to do before my knee was replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CPOT to anyone who needs help with PT or OT. Hats off to a tremendous team and thank you to all of you for getting me back on my feet!

A staff member came to the door and told me "We closed early." When I informed her I had an appointment, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I called Dr. Gatto's office hoping I might be able to get a last minute appointment (I had also never been there before) and heard good things from my boss about his office. They decided to stay open later than their times to be able to accommodate me. They were warm and friendly and Dr. Gatto was compassionate and understanding with all of my complaints. Chiropractors kinda scare me, what with all those pops and snaps, but he was calm and helped distract me with lots of conversation while he sorted out my neck, AND back, AND hips. I didn't realize there was so much wrong with me until he started realigning. I walked out feeling 150% better than I did walking in. I'll still need a follow up appointment but he was also VERY accommodating towards my work schedule and offered to see me early before his office hours so I wouldn't miss any time from work. I have been told by everyone it's hard to get ivs in my hands and wrist my whole life. They were very nice, patient, and calming . Endoscopy was fast and painless. Very caring during recovery hour. Brought me a diet soda and walked me around to make sure I was okay holding my smock together. Very nice clean new building with beautiful photography in the halls.

When I called to sign up as a new patient in September for a cleaning and exam they were booked out to the end of February so I made the appointment. While flossing one day I knocked a filling loose. The filling came out 2 days later. They were able to get me in for an emergency xray and visit in the next week (11/22/23). Last night (11/22/23) they were so friendly and fast! Every single dental assistant and the dentist were super friendly, caring, talkative, comforting, and welcoming. I was handled with extreme care and explained everything step by step while getting a temporary filling. I'm back 12/18/23 for my permanent filling.
