This was all cleared up. The procedures are all minimally invasive, short, and you are back on your feet almost instantly. The doctor speaks with you during the procedure, time flies and next thing you know it is over. All the staff were super nice. I have a couple of negative comments... The Physical Therapist that cared for her knew how to manipulate/handle her and move her to the position he was trying to get her in, but I feel he was a bit careless. In the process of moving her, her NG tube came out. Luckily she was at a point where they were going to give her a swallow evaluation later that day, so they left it out. The next day, when he came back, he inadvertently pulled on the IV tube pretty hard. It didn't come out, but that could have been bad too. Also, before my mom was discharged, I asked the doctor if they ran any tests to confirm that the UTI was gone. His response was "We don't do follow up tests. We just know that our treatment works and the UTI is gone" I'm far from a medical professional, but that response did not sit well with me.

There is also a staff member who touches the hardware without gloves. This incident occurred twice. I've seen all, but this one staff member, change their gloves often. This is not for staff reprimand or bad review, just a reminder that clients are observant. Besides, the mentioned, you have great staff and doctors in this place who care for their patients. After three previous…read morerhinoplasties and dealing with my overly crooked nose and deviated septum, I expected him to tell me--like other plastic surgeons had over the years--to leave my flawed nose alone. To my surprise, after his assistant took pictures from all angles and he examined my nose, he said he could help me and that I was a good candidate! Two months ago, I underwent revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim, and I'm extremely happy with the results. He guided me every step of the way regarding what to expect from the surgery. Firstly, he informed me that my nose would be swollen and appear "big" for several months and that it might take up to 1-2 years to settle into its expected shape. He also mentioned that some asymmetry would remain, but that it would be significantly improved. Even while still swollen, I can see a huge improvement, and I've already received compliments from three friends about my new nose. I can breathe better now and have less sinus discharge. Most importantly, I no longer feel self-conscious about my nose. Each day, it seems to be getting a bit smaller, which is exciting. The renditions he provided of what my new nose would look like closely match how my nose appeared right after surgery before the swelling began.
