In fact, prices so low, they grabbed the attention of the Greater Toronto Motorcycle dealers who tried to lobby tire manufacturers and have him shut down cause he was practically giving away tires. If you're riding down like I did from Ottawa, the trip is approximately 1.5 hours @ a small increase over the posted speed limit. You can take rest stops in Casselman, Rigaud, or Hudson. All have gas stations and various restaurants such as Tim Hortons, Subway, McDonalds, and Harveys. Tires can be mounted on the rims alone or be taken off the bike and re-mounted after tires are installed and balanced. Attention to detail can be seen when he takes the time to even wash his hands after each rim and tire is mounted!! If you don't want to take them down and have the tires shipped, you can have them shipped Fedex Ground to you and a very reasonable cost. Shipping to Ottawa was like $20. Orders can be placed online or over the telephone. Call or email and you'll get your answers quick! On location you'll find some helmets and parts on display and for sale. I even got an amazing deal on a genuine Arai mirrored visor for $60!! Pete's got my business for tires for life!!! $60 for him to unmount your rims from your bike and install the tires and re-mount. Payment options are major credit cards, debit, however cash may be the best method of payment.

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure we're comfortable with our purchases. Also, the service department is always easy to deal with--Kevin in particular is great whenever I call to schedule maintenance on the bikes. Really appreciate the smooth experience! We appreciate the consistency and support over the years and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

After that, we spent 20-30 minutes going over pricing, but the salesman was completely incompetent with numbers and kept screwing up the supposed "mock-up" bill of sale while trying to show me different options. What really pissed me off is how misleading the whole thing was. I was led to believe we were still just discussing possibilities, then while I was distracted talking to my friend, I was pressured to put down a $500 deposit and sign papers I was never properly shown or explained. I stupidly signed without realizing I was apparently signing a bill of sale, and I was never even given a copy of what I signed. Days later, when I decided not to go through with the purchase, I was told they were keeping my $500. That is shady, deceptive, and a garbage way to treat customers. To make it worse, I later found out the salesman I dealt with is the owner's son, which honestly explains a lot about the attitude and lack of accountability. This place absolutely does not deserve your business, and I would strongly warn anyone to be extremely careful before signing anything there. Update: They reached out via email and just did not take any accountability, shifting the blame on the customer! Classic behaviour from this family, based on some other reviews. After a few…read morehorrendous experiences with other garages who will remain nameless......I have finally found a garage that I can go to for the rest of my life without any worries! The two young professionals, Justin and Kevin whom own and operate BB Performance were such a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I had them - Inspect the car - Change my transmission oil and Filter and pan gasket - Remove and replace all 4 of my shocks, I now have Brand New Bilstein 4600 shocks installed in my 4runner Furthermore they were able to locate another potentially expensive problem and successfully fix it with a smart cost effective solution! AND to top it all off a complementary windshield washing and application of Aquapel (its like Rain-X on steroids). Unfortunately, the ECM had proprietary software and they tried and tried and couldn't resolve it. Nonetheless, they tried very hard and helped me get it to a reputable dealer. The real kick is this. They had lots of opportunity to charge me anything as I was desperate and these fine folks made this one of the most reasonable transactions dealt with from me in decades. Awesome people. Cannot recommend them enough. I plan on sending these people business and definitely will be getting a Christmas Card from me, for SURE!!
