Drove around Perris last week looking for Jacaranda Tree. Came across Gavilan Nursery, at the time, I was not ready to purchase but was told I can just call and they will deliver in any area. I called them again yesterday and told them I am ready to purchase. I was told to text them my address and they will deliver the next day. Never heard back so I was a bit disappointed until a call this morning, giving me a heads up that they are going to be in my area in an hour to deliver my tree! They were courteous and was on time. The tree and the delivery fee were very reasonable so we gave them extra as a thank you! Will definitely come back here for more planting needs! One Very happy customer!!! read more

I love this place! I found it by accident. I am planting my front yard with plants that do well in the desert and I found everything I needed here. I picked black mondo, horsetail fern, silver sage, ruellia, dark purple greggi salvia, purple statice, raspberry lobelia, raspberry petunia, society garlic, blue hybiscus (mallow), African iris. Ask for Marcus. He's really helpful. Came here to get a variety of plants to add to our front yard for fall. Was't sure what I was doing when it came to which plants need less watering, etc. Marcus answered all my questions and helped me pick some good plants. It's been a little while. Been meaning to write this review. But now I know the plants I got are really good because it's been a bit over a month since my gardner planted them. They're thriving and look great. This will be where I go for plants from now on. My husband and I found this nursery randomly and loved the visit on 1/31. We were welcomed in the gate as soon as we arrived and given a tour. There were so many beautiful plant options that we were unsure what to purchase but the owner was patient, provided great advice and answered all of our questions. Gavilan Springs provided about 60 plants for our yard in Murrieta and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Rosemary walked us around and helped suggest plants that would work with our yard. Once done picking everything out they arranged delivery on the day and time we needed and prices were very good. On delivery day Rosemary's husband arrived on time and everything was perfect. I highly suggest using this family run business vs the big corporate nurseries. You won't regret it. read more
