Chad figured out that our battery was improperly installed and had to order a new battery for our car. He got us back on the road when no one even wanted to take a look at our car. Chad is a former Marine and he displayed every trait you would expect of our service members. I would recommend Chad and his shop to anyone in Michigan or visiting the area. Chad could have very easily taken advantage of our predicament. We had limited time and no idea what was wrong with our car. And our battery was less than a year old! We did not expect the battery to be the issue but the improper installation melted one of the terminals causing our car to fail on us. Thank you Chad and I wish you the best of luck in the future.
