Yesterday I went with my husband to look at the mowers thinking that I was window shopping. Decided to try to get financed just for kicks and giggles and was approved immediately and was shocked. The customer care there is awesome. They were very helpful. The process was quick but thorough. They were very, very helpful and I highly recommend them. Even if you think there's no chance you'll get financed, try it. You'll be surprised. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, outdoor equipment and staff. When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Quite frankly it was too much trouble to deal with an unprofessional, lying, group of staff who wouldn't answer the phone (BTW they do have caller ID so if you become a "problem" don't be surprised if nobody answers :) !)

We have been going to this location for years. Our purchase of our commercial mower was about 8…read moreyears ago. We bring it in all the time for tune-ups, blades to be sharpened, tires to be replaced, yearly service, etc. Unfortunately about a year ago things really took a dive with this business. We found that when we dropped our equipment off and although we had approved the work, sometimes that work had not been done. It got to the point where when we would call they decided that they would just not answer our phone calls :-) very professional LOL. I finally drove up there and asked the person behind the counter if they had caller ID and they responded Yes. Now we understood why our phone calls were just ringing and ringing for days on end. They did not want to talk to us because they had our mower but couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Ultimately that's just the answer. If you don't know, you don't know. That's a completely professional response. Unfortunately rather than give us that they just kept throwing parts at it and not actually repairing the original concern. After 6 months of this we took it back up to them once again and they said that they would no longer be working on our mower because we had given them a bad review online. I hope that everybody out there has a better experience with the owner of this establishment than we did but I find that he has been very childish and petty and not professional at all. if you can't figure out what's wrong with something it's completely okay to say so. That allows us to just find somebody who can. Don't have people drive repeatedly up to your shop, pay you tons of money, throw parts at their mower, pay hundreds of dollars in delivery and return delivery fees of the mower from their home to your shop, keep their mower for months on end and stop answering their phone calls, and then allow them to bring the mower back but tell the employee to block them from leaving it because you're upset because you couldn't figure out what was wrong with it :-) Just another crazy business that will ultimately rip you off. Yes, we will be filing our bills for refund with the court system.

It was going to take him 3 weeks to get to it because he had that much work but when we got hit by hurricane Beryl he knew there were lots of people in need of a generator that he prioritized those customers, and we had our generator the next day! this is the worst place I ever deal with. he fix some stuff for me before but ones I brought my…read moreriding lawnmower in for small engine oil leak. that's when the nightmare started, he supposed to fix it in the same day which it was so helpful for me because I needed it but the same day the mower started to smoke and drops all the oil out take it back for warranty. and he said to drop it in the shop i did and two dasy later I call to know how the mower was doing but he got upset and hang up the phone call so I got surprised I can't believe somebody that perfo a service to customers will do that on them but I let it past. he take a hole month to fix it supposedly because he haves more work to permor before my I got mad because I need my mower to keep working but what can I do so I pick the mower aga month in his shop supposed to be ready I take it to work the same day because I was so behind on work and gue what happened yeah it dropped the oil again I was afraid to take it back to him because he was mad at me but it wasn't my fault he couldn't just tell me that he can't fix it and I will take it to some other place but he didn't..... so I take it back and he wants me to unload the machine by my self and that mower is heavy I said you have to help me getting it down he did but with a bad attitude on him so he take 11/2 months to get the mower back to me I was so disappointed and can't believe it but I didn't say anything I just picked up and go home now I used one time and the hole motor shakes when started and when you turn it off he definitely didn't did a good job so honestly I won't recommend this shop for anybody be careful with Darwin Castro he might looks like is a nice guy but he is totally the opposite that is my experience with castros shop some people might thin different from me but it's ok I just said what happened to me.
