Recommended services at my previous shop exceeded $2000 for each of my last three oil changes, so I was on a quest to find a service provider I can trust for routine maintenance. Express Oil Change is the type of shop that you stay in the vehicle while oil changes are performed. My service technician was courteous and professional. He complimented me on how well my vehicle has been maintained and explained the additional services he recommended. One recommendation was a $99.99 Injector Cleaner Service. I declined because the recommended service internal is 15k mi and I had this done 5k miles ago for a cost of $299. Their price was $200 less than I was charged by my previous auto shop! My out-the-door price for a full synthetic oil change was $115.35 ($108.16 + taxes & fees). Only time will tell if this is my go-to shop, but I will be back when service is needed for my vehicles.

I ask for a front and rear brake job, to rotate my tires and perform an all wheel alignment and to check the rear tire for a slow leak. These folks are true professionals. They informed me that I had 40% and 60% of my front and rear brakes pads remaining, (the truck has 82K mikes on it) and therefore I did not need brakes at this time. They rotated the tires and put the truck on the alignment machine. They told me no alignment adjustment was required. I expected to pay for the hours of work that was done to check my vehicle. I got the bill and was surprised that $0.00 amount was due. I actually challenged Tim and said i needed to pay something. He said no all they had done was a complimentary inspection. I appreciate honesty. when they could have followed my directions and replaced all the brakes and on top of that charged me for an alignment. Wow ...they are some honest folks. I dropped the car off on a Thursday and the engine was out by the following Monday. Two days later the engine, transmission, and subframe assembly was in and the Tech had performed a road test. They answered the phone promptly and their driver pick-up service was accommodating. I had nightmares of this project getting out of control, but Driver's Auto stood by their pricing and the work.
