He did not come back for 45 minutes(no exagerration). Long enough for the local anesthetic to begin wearing off and the pain from the open pit he had drilled to begin. Had to be painfully re-administered . During one of the apologies from a passing dental assistant, I was told he was finishing an exam and would be in shortly. No recognition or apology for the situation from Dr. Zieler This is only one of the unprofessional and inconsiderate occurrences under his care. He explained the work that needs to be done, answered all my questions, debunked some myths, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I am now scheduled for conscious sedation, getting all my problems fixed in one bang! Care Credit is accepted here, so financial woes are a breeze too! Not sure where the thought came from, but I asked if I would be changed an additional fee, and she said yes!! I have been going to the dentist twice a year since I've had teeth. NO dentist has EVER charged me for checking my teeth when the hygienist was done. NOT acceptable, nor even reasonable - what would it take? Maybe five minutes? We are now going to Smart Dental Care in Prairieville and are more than pleased. I understand that dental care is not cheap, but charging to have the dentist to check my teeth after cleaning is ridiculous.

They seat you in his office before they take you back into the dental chair. I think this eases the fear and stress of the patient. Dr Roussel is very kind, witty and very laid back. He and my husband immediately started talking about sports, then family and finally dental history and health. The environment is very relaxing. The ladies are very sweet and helpful. Dr is not rough and informs you of everything he's getting ready to do or doing at that moment. He takes most insurances and their prices are very reasonable. At first the name turned me off because I thought an artistic dentist has to be pricey, but NOPE not at all ! I'd recommend this office too anyone for emergency issues or definitely a long-term dentist !

Throughout all of those years, we never had a complaint and had a great deal of trust in the practice. Unfortunately, my recent experience under the new owner, Dr. Loftin, has been extremely disappointing. I inquired about Invisalign to close the gap between my front teeth. During my consultation, I was given a detailed explanation of the process, provided a quote, and shown a 3D simulation illustrating how my teeth were expected to move and what my smile would look like at the end of treatment. Based on that information, I committed to the treatment and followed all of the instructions I was given. After paying thousands of dollars, wearing Invisalign for months, and completing all of the trays provided, the gap between my front teeth is still there. It is essentially the same size as it was before treatment. Looking at my smile, you would not know that I had undergone Invisalign treatment at all. What has been especially upsetting is that, after investing so much time and money, the solutions offered to me were either veneers--which would require spending even more money--or possibly adding something to the back of my mouth to shift my teeth forward. I understand that dental treatment does not always produce perfectly predictable results. However, after being shown a 3D representation of the expected outcome, paying thousands of dollars, completing the prescribed treatment, and following the instructions, I expected a meaningful improvement in the issue I specifically sought treatment to correct. Instead, I feel worse about my smile than I did before I started. After being a loyal patient for more than 20 years, this experience has been particularly disappointing.
