The owner Mitchel was consistent with follow-ups and contacted by phone me to walk me through the process if I decided to go with his company. I felt at ease, not pressured to make a decision. The deciding factor in selecting this company? I did not have to ask them about pulling the permit, it was included in the process. I am always appreciative of companies that don't take advantage of people in tough situations. Promptly on Tuesday the technicians arrived to get started and did a fantastic job. They kept to the schedule and powered through the heat in the house. Not knowing where to start I went to Google Maps and picked a couple companies to give me estimates. And even asked family members for referrals to an electric licensed company that was reasonable and trustworthy. I got at least 5 estimates even through my family referrals . Battle electric was within reasonable pricing . But the thing that got me to use them was how they came out and explained everything of what exactly needed to be done & did not try like others did to oversell and take advantage of the situation. I took a chance on them finding them on Google and read all the reviews. Now they completed the job with permits finalized . They did a great job quickly & professionally every step of the way until permit was finalized & approved by city inspector. . I asked neighbors for recommendations but got none so I took a chance and called Marin Electric. He came out the next day and on time. He looked at my meter and my circuit breakers and said he couldn't find anything wrong and said to call FPL back out. I did and they found a loose connection behind my meter...tightened it and I haven't had a problem since. Marin could have replaced my main breakers and charged me a lot of money, but he didn't.
