He addressed issues accordingly and just overall did a fantastic job. I am very impressed. His pricing was also very fair. I have a iron gate that runs along a steel v track. The track cracked in half earlier jn the week due to rust at the previous weld joint. I called 4 different welders and 2 out of 4 didn't want to do the job of welding back together. The other 2 charged alot! I contacted GC Welding services and Gabrial responded right away. I sent him pictures of the track. He gave me his quote and we set up an appointment. He arrived and was very Professional and got the job done quickly. He even did a few extra things such as put in a brace under the track, and even primed the weld so it would not rust. He even gave me a can of paint so i could paint the rest of the track. Gabriel did a small job for me for the most reasonable price. Despite his base at Sacramento, he was quick in giving an estimate (within a day or so) and very quick in finishing the job (about 1week in total). He is a nice and accommodative person. Figures out the problems and improvises as needed. Although he deserves a 5, I gave him 4 because I think he has potential to do a perfect job in terms of the final finished product. It would be nice if he explicitly allocates time (and charges accordingly) to do fine alignment of the welded parts so it can fit in to the rest of the structure precisely without any gaps and such. Functionality wise he did what he agreed to do. I just had to expect more as I think he has good potential. I will definitely contact him again for other jobs. read more

I wish I'd looked here before hiring Gabrial and read about what happened to others, because it's exactly what happened to me. I will not recommend this company. I, too, am surprised to see so many good reviews -- one of which is his! But it appears the other projects were small fixes. I hired Gabrial to put in a driveway gate and a side gate. I am now paying someone else to fix the poor workmanship done by this company. The gate is dropping on one side and I can't open it without lifting it from below with something that I can wedge in there; the wood is substandard and splitting (the new gate guy called it D grade); the welds are not holding; the bolts used to hold the wood planks into a metal frame were not wood bolts and they started falling out immediately; different hinges were used so gate doesn't line up; the pilings don't line up; the metal began rusting immediately; the latch area broke apart, so the pedestrian gate doesn't stay closed; a metal panel literally dropped off; it took over a year and still is not complete; I had to go buy his materials because he was unprepared; he yelled at me on the phone; he told me the problems weren't his fault; the "contractor license number" that was on his agreement belongs to an electrician; he doesn't show up. The company that is fixing the gates was mortified, saying that this guy didn't know what he was doing and that my side gate was about to fall off the post. I can't believe I flushed that much money down the drain and now have to pay someone else to rebuild the gates correctly. read more

Another big thank you to Gabriel!! I had wrought iron gates and some fencing installed during my front yard renovation a couple of years ago. After the first rainy season, it was obvious by the rust that appeared that it had been improperly welded. After two attempts to fix it by the landscaper, I found GC Welding. Gabriel came out, gave me a fair price and took all of the wrought iron with him within a couple of weeks of our first . He had it re welded, and dry coated. It turned out great! The true test will be during this rainy season but I'm confident I won't see any rust! As an update to my review - the rainy season came and so did the rust. I called Gabriel and he came out to examine the wraught iron. Where it rusted, you could still see the gaps at the joints that should have been welded first before it was dry coated. He actually commented that "this was supposed to be welded?" He then took his welder and went over certain areas both in front and in the backyard, and actually made it look worse. The welding took off the dry coat, and when it rained after he came out, the rust showed a lot more. Very disappointed as he charged a lot for an incomplete job! read more

Thankful for the help get new iron fence secured, did a good job in welding the joints into place and post to the flanges, but did not have much attention to detail & appear to have experience with getting barrel hinges properly located on custom gate.... after was done, I had to smooth out and clean up the welds, then I reworked the driveway gate by cutting the hinges out and reinstalling further out so the gate could swing all the way open to clear the driveway. read more

I had Gabrielle weld and extend the bottom frame for my hammock stand. His welding technique is perfection. The welds are even and continuous. To make sure that the base would be strong, Gabrielle used square tube sized so he could fit the existing tube inside of it, thus making sure that the joint would be more than adequate for the stress caused by 2 or more adults lying in the hammock. I contracted with GC Welding/Gabrial Cullen to install/build a fence. The contracted work was to be completed by August 1, 2020. The owner Gabrial did not start until the second week of October. He kept telling me the panels were finished and it was the powder coating company that was holding him up due to it being to hot or to smokey or they kept putting him behind other jobs. I finally contacted the company only to find out he had never brought them. Gabrial admitted he had been lying. Finally after he was supposedly finished he did not bolt the fence right, out of 23 panels only 17 were powder coated, the welding looks a mess and did not clean up the mess he made which he threw most in the field next to my house. The week following his so called finish some of the panels were showing extensive rust. 3 weeks later he came and removed the panels uncounted panels and today is November 11th and he still has yet to replace them. He continues to lie about his reasoning with a a different lie every other day. The worst company I've ever dealt with. $6000 later he talking crazy screaming and hollering about where he from. read more

Gabe is a nice guy and did a good job on a very small welding job. Unfortunately I made the mistake of hiring him for a more complicated commercial fencing job. He did not have the expertise and should have turned down the job. I explicitly asked him to learn all the relevant code requirements and he agreed to do so but did not, so I had to hire another company to fix the multiple code violations in his work. I asked him via email to reimburse me for the additional cost and he never replied. I was really disappointed in him. read more

I was a little concerned about calling a stranger to come to my house for a welding project my husband is still messing around on, but Gabriel is so nice and professional, he jumped right to work and was patient with my husband and listened to his plans.
