They were nice and professional, even gave me a significant heads up when they were running 15 minutes behind. Moving - they hustled and got it done without damaging any furniture or interior of our new house in one trip. Appliance installation was great at well. Our appliances came a few days later than our move and they were able to get to us with short notice and later in the day than they most would agree to come out. They were diligent in making sure everything was level and worked properly before they left. They even helped us identify a major issue with a washer that had been delivered that we would not have noticed until much later had they not pointed it out. This young man is, without a doubt, the most ethical and hardest-working person I've met in a long time. We expected a decent detail job that might take a couple of hours. Instead, he poured seven full hours of effort into making that vehicle spotless -- all in the brutal New Orleans heat at the end of June. He never once complained or slowed down; he just kept working, focused, humble, and driven. His attention to detail was incredible, and the results were beyond what we expected. My employee was absolutely amazed at how clean her SUV looked -- it was truly a transformation. But beyond his exceptional work, what stood out the most was his character. He is genuinely humble, grateful to be offered work, and takes so much pride in what he does. That kind of attitude is so rare these days. We were so impressed that not only will we be hiring him again and again -- I even offered him a job at our place of business on the spot. When they got to my bedroom, they told me it would be an extra $50 to disassemble the bed. I said OKAY. I went into my kitchen and had a conversation with my father (who was there to support me during my move). I told him they would charge an extra fee to disassemble the bed. The guy stops disassembling the bed and comes into my kitchen to explain to my father why it was extra. I had no problem with the fee, I was just telling my father. I was the person actually paying for the service. Needless to say, the mover said it was disrespectful for me to tell my father that information. They moved the furniture that was in their truck back into my apartment and left. Thankfully I was able to hire more movers right after! God was on my side today.
