We were trying to save money by moving as much as we could on our own, so they made quick work of our large items and since the house was a mile away they were able to do the job in two hours. And when they arrived to perform our move, they even brought extra guys to help and only charged us for the original two that they had quoted us in our quote. The team was so nice and so efficient. We moved from a bottom floor quadplex shotgun in Mid City to a 14th floor high-rise in the CBD, and we are having trouble with our key fob not working correctly, and the team was so patient as we dealt with that. They were fast, friendly, and efficient and transparent with the price, and the final price was on the low side of the range they gave us in the original quote. I went into my kitchen and had a conversation with my father (who was there to support me during my move). I told him they would charge an extra fee to disassemble the bed. The guy stops disassembling the bed and comes into my kitchen to explain to my father why it was extra. I had no problem with the fee, I was just telling my father. I was the person actually paying for the service. Needless to say, the mover said it was disrespectful for me to tell my father that information. They moved the furniture that was in their truck back into my apartment and left. Thankfully I was able to hire more movers right after! God was on my side today.
