Later on I found Eagle Flooring & Floor Covering is the real installer for my flooring (I already copy and paste the previous reviews here). Eagle Flooring & Floor Covering is the flooring subcontractor of our general contractor. After they installed our new flooring with nailed down method, there are many squeaks (most of them sounds like popcorn sound) on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor. My contractor told me to mark the squeaks with some tape. He said the flooring company will come back to fix the squeaks. When the flooring representative, Jose came to my place, he did not even try to fix anything. He simply told me there is nothing he can do. He thinks the squeaks are caused by the subfloor and the installation was done right. A week later, my contractor sent his own crew to work on the squeaks. They put more nails on the boards where has popcorn sound, they also applied some wood putty on the area. Most of the squeaks either have improved or have resolved after that. So, since a general contractor can do something to the squeaks, why a "professional" flooring company like Eagle Flooring can't do anything??!! It is definitely a horrible experience working with Eagle Flooring & Floor Covering. -------------------------------------------------- 2.0 star rating 4/4/2016 Previous review My contractor used this company to install our flooring. This flooring company does not seem to be responsible and their installation is poor. My floor is nail-down but I can feel some boards are slightly moving with popcorn sound when I stepped on. My contractor promises that they'll fix the squeaks, however, it is hard for me to trust this flooring company anymore.

With very busy schedules between my husband and I, José made planning effortless. We went with WPC flooring which is new on the market. Jose finished the project quicker than we expected. Most places told us it would take 3-4 weeks and Jose did the job in 4 days and it took the materials 3 days to get to him. A little over a week is better than waiting a month. We did about 688 sq. Ft in work. Jose went far beyond our expectations. He pointed out some things that needed to be fixed on our stairs and was able to fix the problems. Our floors look amazing. Contractors can be such a pain in the butt, José and his partner were the opposite of that. We felt like we could trust Jose which had a lot to do with our decision as well. We gave him the key and let him do his job accordingly. Jose even adjusted our tab to make it less in the end. That is almost unheard of, but once again he is an honest business man! You would want to hire housekeeping afterwards. There's lots of dust that gets on everything.

What was expected to be a 1-2 day pull-up ended up needing 5 days and machines to help get the floor up. Even after the planks were all up, there was a whole patchwork of glue residue that needed to be cleaned up off the concrete as well. I am grateful to Paul and his hard-working crew who had the patience and dedication to stick with the job. Paul was also great at communicating and answering questions before and during this time. While he would not always respond to text messages, any time I called him, he would be available shortly. Even after hours.
