Wow! Where do I begin? Alfonso was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. He was available quickly, came out with samples and was able to schedule quickly as well. His cost was really reasonable. He let me know what to expect as far as length of time and even said I could put furniture on the new carpet right away which saves a lot of money (which would be spent on having to get a hotel). The crew started with 3 people then as it progressed slower than anticipated, an additional crew member was added. The crew was on time, but a little over estimated on how much they could complete on the first day. The first day was slow, most of the work was done in the next two days.
